Before any known year there was issue with supernaturals and humans living together, so the order emerged to keep everything in peace. However as the years went on, humans could no longer handle the idea of being stronger and better then their own, so the counsel ordered the beings to hide themselves to keep war and panic from rising.

But to keep peace the order had to take on a different role, so instead of being a public organisation they needed to hide in the shadows. It took a decade to delete all evidence of its existence aswell as inroll and train hunters. The laws were made and they had to have someone to keep them upheld.

Over the years human never found out, each time it was close the order strengthed themselves to deal better and have more secret influence in societies leaders. Even so, most supporters arent even known to the more common members themselves. Most supporters dont want to loose face to anyone, not even the lower rank members in the order.

Even in modern society the order is now influencing so many things that even a viral video can be deleted within a day on any social media, even from someones saved computer.

The Counsel
The counsel is the highest rank in the order, however no one knows who really are, as they are very secret about their identity

Keys
The ones that have direct contact with the counsel. Not only do they make sure to give notice of any change, but they are also the ones to keep in contact with supporters and keep the media in the dark.

Searchers
These are in two groups, but has the same value, one being the non-magical beings that search for tips and hints of anything, aswell as having the record on previous rule breakers and current locked up ones.
The others are magical beings, if the first group find a hint, its up to them to confirm if its true or not, using their ability to track the suspects area aswell as making sure there actually is a valid reason to send out a hunter.

Golden Knigts
These are mainly a form of retired hunters, they do the main training for the new ones, recruit worthy beings and mainly keep track of all the hunters. They are the ones that present the reports. They also help with the strategies, as their knowledge in the field is very valueable.

Prime Hunters
Highest ranking hunters, getting the best and hardest hunt but also it paid better, rarely anyone gets to this level as its normal for most to succumb to death. They have higher clearance and first pick on new weapon models.

Hunters
These are the normal tier hunters, they are often paired with a novice, but its not unusual to see them work alone, often in swift missions, it does happen they go undercover, but their main target is beings that are already proven guilty and needs a quick take down.

Novice Hunters
These are the ones that has just finished the training course and needs some experience, they already are very strong fighters but lack the experience. They are mainly paired up with a hunter, but sometimes just another novice hunter or two. Groups are no uncommon. Their missions range from check ups to quick take downs.

Runners
Runners do various tasks, from cleaning to cooking and weapon creation and repair. Even if its seen as a small thing, its very needed in the order, and is taken serious aswell.

In the counsel there are 17 members, and most of them have apprentices aswell in case of something happening.

Out of those members there are:
9 humans at all time
1 being from each of the underworld realms (abyss, infernal and Limbo)
1 being for each main element (earth, fire, water, wind)
1 godly being
