Description

The Derehin is a large monster with a long, exoskeleton skull for a face in a permanently solemn, sad expression. Its eyes are small and sunken in, obscuring its vision. It makes up for this disability with a keen sense of smell, hearing, and sense of space. This species usually lives up in the colder regions of the mountains, away from most human and animal life. Because of their living conditions, they have thick manes that sprout from the skull to the tops of its shoulders. The rest of its body is thickly coated as well, its skull being the only barren part of the Derehin. From the skull is two large antlers and long bunny-like ears that rest halfway hidden in its mane. The exoskeleton skull has two long saber teeth on the top jaw, and it only has a small lynx-like tail.
