Unique Features: She has multiple scars across her body. They have healed over and you can only see them if you look carefully but to the untrained eyes they are hardly noticeable. She does have a very large claw mark down the middle of her back that is big enough to see with where it healed wrong. These scars are from her past fights with other wolves. She normally keeps the main one hidden at all times but when prying eyes tend to find it she always claims it is from a hiking accident.
Family History: Bridin was born a werewolf. She doesn't know how to be anything other than the wolf inside of her. Her parents taught her and her sister to be guardians more than monsters. From the Faoladh legend they were supposed to wander the forest in protection of wounded men, children and the lost. She believed this true until her family was discovered and captured. The gentle instincts were quickly snubbed out of her existence as she watched humans make her family turn on each other. She watched as her father on a full moon ripped her mother's throat out. At this she found a way to escape her prison with her sister. Both of them fled into the woods only to live their own ways alone.
The Human:
When she is human she is like any other person. She is not stronger than anyone else but is a little bit faster. She lives in a cottage near the woods most of her days and is alone. She has no other special abilities except that depending on her mood her eyes tend to have a little unnatural shine to them. She can see really well at night also because they tend to favor her wolf instincts and dilate so that she can see better. Her hearing is average and the only thing special about her is the fact that she has made her basement into a cage for her during full moons.
Mid-Shift: Bridin actually has two wolf forms. There is her mid-shift form which she can take on any time she wants and has almost full control over. This is her favorite form and allows her to just be herself like she used to in the old days. This form is the one that she remembers helping people or at least attempting to help people if they didn't freak out in her home country. Just because she is mid-shift does not mean she is not powerful. Her strength can double and the force behind a bite in this form is enough to break someone's back or limb. She uses this state as more of a peaceful at one with nature form versus fighting, but that doesn't mean she won't fight if she has to.
The Wolf: Her other form is the complete wolf form. It is the size of a large dire wolf. With this form there is no controlling it. When the full moon comes out this is the version she turns into. There is a primal rage in this beast and half the time she doesn't remember what exactly happened in this stage. All that this beast cares about is carnage and anger. Her form is black and almost blends in with the darkness of night. This allows this form to run free and wild able to stalk and surprise any unsuspecting prey. There have been many times this form has wrecked havoc on humans and for the longest time she would make sure she was far enough away from any humans during a full moon. What she didn't take account for was that she was still close to her sister. She knew what could happen during a full moon but was too careless one day. Her sister and her had been getting into a lot of fights due to their past and loosing their only family. They were not in a pack thus did not have anyone else to turn to. With that pent up anger from her human side she forgot about the moon cycle and lost track. That night both shifted in their sleep and the end result was disastrous. Bridin woke the next morning covered in blood out in the middle of the woods. With a little investigating she found her sister's body torn to pieces. This made her change her habits which resulted in the cage in her basement.
