  Aquivers all seem to have a difference in level and ability ranging from simple communication to links in thoughts and emotions on a much deeper level. Eilo's unique quirks and abilities appear to be mostly unobtrusive and surface-level for the most part.
  
  Eilo's standard form of communication, her telepathy, sends over a voice speaking only in a language that she knows and understands. The 'sound' of her voice usually depends on the person's assumption of what her voice might sound like, though it is commonly a soft spoken feminine voice.
  
  Communication with a group is simple, projecting a single thought in a wave to all within her limited range. This is similar to speaking 'aloud' though it is the telepathic equivalent. the range changes with composure, often increasing or decreasing based on coherence and other factors related to the Aquiver's mental health.
  
  Maintaining a link is possible with a small group of individuals. Usually two or three at most at any one time. A two-way link can be established between Eilo and an individual. The Aquiver can send communications which will be heard by those she is linked to, simultaneously. The lack of privacy on the Aquiver's part becomes apparent. However, the individuals linked to the Aquiver find themselves in the unique position of being able to send messages to one-another.
