Empathxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Loyal is acutely sensitive towards other individuals especially those suffering, sorrowful, or in anguish. His empathy allows him to connect in ways he'd rather not, almost experiencing another person as if he were to endure their very same affliction. In so much, if his company cries, he may also, if his company is happy, he's likely to be just as well. It also allows him to be personable with others, reading individuals in such a way it's almost violating. Some he may connect and read more easily than others, but more often than not he's seeking to shut it down, usually turning to some sort of drug or numbing entity.
This ability has worn him overtime and he's become very jaded and cynical as a result.
Because of this he relies heavily on music and other forms of art to express himself, anything wherein he might best an opportunity to simply release the energies gathered from other people to become calm and himself once more.
***RENTERS NOTE: Loyal's disposition as an Empath is not a magical ability. His condition is a little closer to nature where he has become hypersensitive, and that doesn't mean he can discern real from fake, it means that he's so sensitive that he can draw from even fake/artificial emotions, as if they were real. It's on par with Anxiety, and not because it causes anxiety but because it's a condition/disposition! Disorder if you will. It cannot be mastered in a way one might think, but it can be dealt with, he just doesn't have the healthiest coping abilities.

Curse - Temporary Immortalityxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Loyal has developed a bit of an attitude during his time away from The Golden Tether. Despite his deception while in the company of a superior, behaving well, being well-mannered, Loyal is actually quite conniving behind the scenes. He himself has lorded, condescended, and been cruel towards other slaves, or pretended simply that he wasn't one. His conviction and confidence when speaking is quite convincing, alluding to his actual status. With that said, sometime in the couple years Loyal was rented away from the Tether he tormented the wrong slave who in turn cursed him with temporary immortality by way of teaching him humility.
Loyal can die so long as his head isn't removed, and revive on his own after a short or long duration. Certain injuries will leave scars and it's requested of any curious renters that they do not maim him beyond recovery, or in short, actually end his life.
Loyal has a separate collar for this. Thinner, smaller, nestled against the skin beneath his primary. It will be removed upon specified request - for the purpose stated above.
***RENTERS NOTE: Please do not purposefully kill Loyal. If you are renting him with the intention of hurting him, injuring him, or killing him please be mindful and inform me! I can do fantasy gore and death, animal gore and death, but I do have some limits regarding description and will let you know if I'm uncomfortable.
