      OOC: Updates. Oy. I've been gone for several years from Furcadia. Right now I'm just dabbling around OOCing but perhaps with enough encouragement and interest I may return!

      Once again, Haku is back in the pens, awaiting the next friend or foe to come along and claim her attention. What her future holds, she is not certain. She is relatively quiet, keeping to herself for now. Often she is heard humming softly to herself.

      Haku got through a long day of punishment by lady Kasumi Yamano, under permission by Crea and with a day's rental fee. She suffered the following:

      - fear-inducing punishment via threatening to have her tongue split for her lies
      - whipping, especially along the inside of her thighs
      - mild paddling

      None of her punishment was permanent damage.

      Haku has been put up for rent for a low price as extended punishment by the Golden Tether, and now waits her fate.

      Haku Asona has been found out by a patron, and after a review from Crea W, has been sentenced to a week in the untrained pen with the nickname "Slave 43". A guard gave her a sufficient beating to remind her of her place. She now wears a collar that is labeled, simply, "TGT Property".

      Haku Asona's time with her Mistress Sarah has been limited and rare, so in the best interest of both players, I chose to move her in to whatever next stage in her life was coming next. For now, she is in-limbo as a TGT Slave. She can be found behind the curtain of silks in the main hall, and may be heard of as an entertainer in dancing, singing, and music.

      After a brief, quiet scuffle in the library, a reluctant Haku now wanders about with a collar around her neck. It seems the "ratty old thing" that used to be on her neck from her previous owner, Osei, finally stopped fooling others. The gypsy had been cornered and confronted by a meek-looking mouse, only to find the other far stronger than herself. Her belongings have been removed for safe-keeping (or so she hopes), and she now wanders about in a red silk tunic and a black, silver, and ruby collar about her neck. Haku Asona is now captured and owned by Beta Kai.

      After a long wait, Haku Asona has finally shown her face into the public again. Sitting quietly on chairs within the crowds at the Tether, she listens to the world around herself, wondering what the fates have for her future. She has given up hope on finding her daughter, who would now be almost 3 years old. She is unowned, but seems to blend into the crowd well enough not to be noticed. An old collar hangs around her neck, no longer legit, but it is enough to make the guards look away. Perhaps through her resignation to her life, she has passed through her grief, creating a shell of fake happiness to show to the world from now on. As if starting over and moving on. One of her eyes has mended somehow - perhaps through a generous healer's magic, but she can now see out of her left eye. Clothes have been mended, bruises healed over or covered by the new fabrics.

      After a long absence who-knows-where, Haku has resurfaced in the Tether, though is seen very rarely in the public rooms. Her daughter is still missing, and she no longer has an owner. The TGT is having a hard time keeping track of her as she has a hide-out within the Tether. Her "good behavior" in public rooms makes it easy to slip past the questioning eyes of the guards, and so while she is not a free woman, she seems to escape when needed well enough.

      Haku has finally showed her face again and is looking healthy despite the long time away from the world.. Osei Eilif has disappeared in her absence, so she is once again for sale in the markets. Her daughter, Maddeline, has been sold to a new owner, and hasn't been seen in a long while.
