Myung, or as she is called on stage O.K., is a fiery and confident individual. She is the type of the woman who enters the room and almost immediatly catches everyones eyes, not because of her beauty but because of how she carries herself. She is easily one of the most confident individuals one will ever meet, and whenever you engage contact with her for the first time it becomes clear that there is not one ounce of doubt in her about how she acts and behaves.
Growing up an orphan in an orphanage, she was one who quickly grew to learn that the only protection you had in life was the one you created yourself, and thus she became one who strived to believe in herself rather than tear herself down. This way she also learned that when you have confidence, people don't dare mess with you. Myung is also one tough lady, who doesn't shy away from pressure or being pushed, which is also one of the reasons she is one of the few who has managed to befriend kpop idol Jae.
Her toughness and steadiness in her decisions has also landed her a role as one of the most respected women in the kpop industry, and she has even managed to receive creative freedom from her entertainment. She is simply not who backs down, and she keeps fighting until she reaches whatever goal she is reaching for. However she isn't all confidence and toughness, there are many other qualities to her. For one she is insanely sassy to be around, constantly making little comments poking at people testing their limits.
Her sassyness also comes out when she feels pressured or cornered by the male sex, as she then starts throwing comments their way to poke back at them. She is extremely aware of the masculine dominant hold on the world, especially in Korea, and it bothers her unlike anything else - which often why when male MC's on variety shows make sexist comments at her or anything else that undermines her feminine sexuality, she is quick to do the exact same to them so they get a taste of their own medicine.
Many K-medias has described this behavior from her as 'western' which at time was met with criticism from K-netizens. However, Myung is about as korean as one gets as she is very open to anything outside of her own culture and she doesn't particularly go looking for it either. She just in general is one who enjoys asian culture much more, and she isn't the best at english either. She can introduce herself and understand most, but she is truly horrible at speaking english and doesn't do anything to better herself in the area.
Myung can also at times be a tad bit unconsiderate, which is mostly due to the fact that she grew up entirerly alone in an orphanage and lacked motherly and sibling love for a vast majority of her life, so she forgets that sometimes there are other people present that you need to take care of. It's not because she actively tries not to, it just at times doesn't register in her mind.
Luckily after she found her twin sister again, it started to come back a little bit to her again, though she still forgets at time. This often means that she isn't one to ask if other wants food when she is cooking, she forgets to ask if others need something to drink too when she goes out for a drink, and much more. Some people consider her arrogant because of this, but she truly isn't. She is just one who lived a life alone, and didn't learn things that other people did.

Myung was born and raised in Busan, South Korea. She was born into a happy family with her twin sister, and later on two younger twin brother. However, barerly two months after the birth of her younger brothers, their parents passed away and they were all put into orphanage as they had no other family. She has faint memories of her adorable little brothers and how she loved them, but they were adopted away to America before she could ever really create a real bond with them. She was sadened by the loss at the time, and she stills wonders from time to time where they went and how they are.
However, the loss that truly devasted her was her sister's adoption. Anyone who has seen twins interact, no how close they are, and Myung truly adored her sister in every way possible, so when her sister was ripped away from her and adopted, it truly broke her at such a young age. Myung herself never got adopted, and spend her entire childhood and teenagehood in the orphanage, watching friends go in and out of the orphanage, everyone but her.
It wasn't until sixteen that she left the orphanage to travel to Seoul where she attended an audition at YG Entertainment and was chosen to be a trainee. She debuted only two years after in a band called Secret A, where she was Lead vocalist, Lead Rapper, Visual & Face of the group. The group gained massive success, however they disbanded after four year, as the leader of the group caused a bunch of scandals. Myung begged her label president to debut her as a solo artist, and he allowed her after a years training.
She gained massive support and success after debuting, but that was not mattered to her. Because suddenly she was contacted by her long lost sister, who had recognized the name. This was the single most important thing to happen in her life, as she had missed her sister more than anything. Though they had been seperated for almost two decades, the two fell right back in where they had been in childhood and became inseperable again. Whilst at YG Myung also managed to befriend the harsh and arrogant Sunbae idol Jae, whom almost everyone hated. She became one of the few who managed to get under his skin (and somehow also being his friend withever crossing the line). Today they are each others best friend in every way, and in many ways she is currently the only one who can control his arrogance though it far from something she can do all the time.
