• The Family

  Born in England, 1677, Katarina Lovelock is a succubus of a noble family of demons whom walked the mortal plane of Earth as the noble "Lovelock" family.
  
  The Lovelock clan walked under the guise of lords, ladies, dukes, duchesses, barons and baronesses. Any position of power that they can use to sustain themselves without going too far and breaking their cover. As demons who walked among men, the Lovelock family have used influence and power to create a lifestyle suitable for their whims, while also trying to maintain the shadow of their true desires. On the outside, the name "Lovelock" makes people think of the powerful, yet obscure house of a truly bizarre noble family. They were a family who kept much mystery, and with good reason. Their activities are only known to a select few people of noble class, and if those who knew of their activities had connections to them, they would know that the Lovelock family enjoys hosting parties of grand proportions! Only the most important, and scandalous, of houses would know of what the experience of a Lovelock family is like. That, of course, is merely a guise for the demons and their true intentions. Only the keenest of eyes would know that out of all who attend a Lovelock party, someone always stays when the rest leave...and are never heard from again.

• The Heir

  Katarina, the eldest daughter of the demon and head of the Lovelock family, Kaalathost, is a succubus that exhibits all the qualities of a Lovelock noble. She is alluring in beauty and in the sexual desire of others, appealing to almost anyone who lays eyes on her without effort on her part. She is hedonistic at heart, seeing what she wants and taking it as if it were hers to own. She is powerful and influential, using her many assets including more than a desirable figure, to acquire what she wants to sustain herself. She is cunning and intellectual, as well as book smart. She enjoys reading and learning, taking knowledge from history books and finding inspiration in many historical figures throughout time. While mostly calm and collected, there is a limit to her patience and she can grow quickly fierce and hot headed if pushed too far. However, her narcissistic attitude and pride are strong forces that keep her anger at bay. However, it is that attitude that makes her believe she is above all mortal life and those she believes she is stronger against. This behavior comes from her own philosophy, believing that as a demon among mortal humans, she has to fend for herself in order to satisfy herself and survive. Without any connection to other demons, the Lovelock family is a sort of "lone wolf" pack of demons, and Katarina is no exception.
  
  As a succubus, it is requires that succubi absorb the energy of the opposite sex and use it for their own energy source. However, Katarina is a unique succubus in which she can sap the energy of not only the opposite, but the same sex as well! A trait that runs through the entire Lovelock family, Katarina describes it as her family being an "accepting" kind of people. Katarina is not picky on her choices of partners she may share a night with, as long as they can satisfy her needs to remain in the end. Aside from her abilities inherited from being a succubus, Katarina has developed the ability to manipulate fire, specifically the very hellfire that ignites Hell itself. With a wave of her hands and release of energy, she is able to call down fire from bellow to erupt and ignite through the earth in powerful waves and geysers like a volcano! Once the fire is present, she able to manipulate it further, from taking fire and using it as various projectiles, to weaponizing the flame in the form of whips, to even manipulating the flames to form manifestations of living hellfire in the form of bats and hounds. She also utilizes her skills in hand-to-hand combat, using her strong legs to deliver powerful kicks and employ various forms of self defense. She can even use the wings that sprout from her back to fly in the air. Another ability used more in social situations than combative, is to change her attire and form to look more appealing and presentable for common human life, no matter what time she may be in. She is ageless, given that all demons are immortal. She is everlasting, as long as she is able to sustain herself through the absorption of power from other living creatures. Should she be unable to gather energy, she would shrivel, weaken, and die out eventually.
