• Biography

  Dorian McClaine started out life in the southwestern region of the US. He was raised by a group of mercenaries, and as such learned important self-care skills early on. If he wasn't pulling his weight, he wasn't eating. And he loves to eat.
  
  It also means he didn't grow up with an education. Not many kids get a formal education when it comes to books, arts, sciences, and the like--but Dorian got a particularly slim helping with regard to what he did learn. All of his lessons were practical. He knows his numbers, very basic reading, and that's about it in terms of classic education materials. He taught himself to play guitar, but even that was considered practical given that he used it to earn more caps via busking.
  
  Around age 19 he broke off from the mercenaries he'd grown up with in an attempt to be independent. Dorian started traveling the US alone, picking up work the same way he always had, but soon found it hard to navigate certain situations alone.
  
  Marlo entered his life around age 22. He'd been on his own, and struggling, for three years. They met when they were both assigned the same mark and ended up having to work together. Due to some extenuating circumstances they've ended up sticking together since.
