  ▰ A job - He ain't at home no more - there's no horses to train or rodeos to win here, and most fellers don't last too long without some purse in their pocket
  
  ▰ A Roomate - More specifically an apartment, Cas can't live in motels forever. He has no money remember? They would also preferably be good with dogs
