Evilynn

Born in a family of healers Evilynn had a gift of magic. From a young age Evilynn was taught by her mother how to use her gift for good. Despite having the ability to use magic Evilynn had a simple childhood Evilynn used her magic on other children who got bruised or hurt while playing.


Evilynn had enough knowledge how to treat minor wounds and sooth pain with her magic. As time passed Evilynn grew into a young beautiful girl, she wanted to continue her craft. She packed essential items and left to wander the world to help those in need. During her travels Evilynn met a young woman named Margaret. The woman sprained her ankle and couldn’t walk, of course Evilynn helped her.


Since they both traveled in the same direction they kept each other company and became fast friends. During their trip Margaret told Evilynn about a place called “The Tower '' it was a place where gifted people went to study magic, Margaret offered Evilynn to tag along since she had a gift of magic and was good at healing.


Both Evilynn and Margaret got accepted, Evilynn dedicated her life to helping others she studied, and practiced magic until she no longer could stay awake. Two years passed and both Evilynn and Margaret continued to study, but Margaret felt like she was going nowhere and that she only wasted her time in a dusty library.


Instead she began to look how to speed up the process, Margaret found a book that was supposed to grant wishes. She offered Evilynn to tag along, at first Evilynn refused but eventually agreed. After all Margaret was like a sister to Evilynn and she wanted to protect women. During the night both women sneaked out of the tower.

Evilynn followed Margaret to the abandoned temple that was in local woods. When they arrived they found a ruined building, it was filled with wild animals that scattered when both women arrived. To their surprise there were no traps; the book was right in front of them. Evilynn felt that something was off, she tried to stop Margaret, but it was too late.


Woman opened the book, the moment the book was opened black inky tentacles coiled around the woman pulling her in. Evilynn tried to escape but she was forcefully pulled into a book. Evilynn found herself inside the book, she stood in front of an entity that referred to itself as a God.


Both women first tried to escape, then fight back, self pronounced God, but they were overpowered. For the first time in her life Evilynn was forced to use black magic. Evilynn and Margaret combined their powers together and managed to escape the book, but it was too late damage was done. When Evilynn crawled out of the book she felt different, she felt empty and at the same time filled with anger. While Margaret didn’t say a word. They both returned back to the tower where they were captured by guards and brought to the Arch mage. Evilynn spilled out all the beans and blamed everything on Margaret, while Margaret stood still like a lifeless doll. Both women were kicked out of the tower and sentenced to fifty years in prison. But Evilynn didn’t wait, she escaped from the tower's prison.


She went as far as she could before collapsing, she was found by a farmer and brought back to the farm. They nursed Evilynn back, but instead of thanking them for help she burned the entire farm. Evilynn continued her traveling, but not as a healer, but as a black witch. The Tower put a bounty on Evilynn’s head, they wanted her to be captured.


Despite Evilynn’s soul being trained her heart still had some light in it. Once in a while the black witch would help people in exchange for money or food. Most of her help revolved around burning anything that bothered people into ashes. As time passed Evilynn made herself a name, for some she was black witch Evilynn, while for others nothing more but an outlaw.
