    Calista is a mouse of a girl, her height only reaching five foot two inches (at best) with a small frame and petite features. Her hair is long and wavy blonde, the color of blooming sunflowers, and her eyes are a honey rich hazel shade that seems to change with the way the light hits them.

    Normally, Calista can be found wearing floor length gowns in rich jewel tones made with gossamer silk fabric and paired with simple gold jewelry. When she is on her own time however, she prefers to wear simpler dress, sometimes even sneaking a pair of men’s pants and a shirt to help blend in and aid in her nighttime escapades.

    Calista Imogene Drakos was born to a working class, coastal living family. Her father was a sailor and her mother, a seamstress. She had an idyllic childhood, spending her days exploring the beach, climbing trees, and enjoying a carefree life.

    When Calista was eleven years old, her father’s ship crashed at sea and he did not return home, the sea laying claim to the vessel and all it’s crew. Her mother remarried shortly after to a butcher who was not fond of children and thankfully had none of his own.

    As she grew older and boys and men began to pay her attention, Calista’s new stepfather realized that there may be a way to profit from his stepdaughter’s fortunate looks. He struck up a deal with the madame of the town brothel. She would auction off Calaista’s virginity when she came of age to the highest bidder, then the girl would go to work for the brothel.

    The profits from Calista’s auction were to be split between the madame and her stepfather, and her earnings from then on out divided up equally the same, leaving her with a small portion to set aside for herself.

    When she is not working, Calista spends her time secluded in her room at the brothel, reading books, listening to music, or sneaking out at night to walk alone along the beach, yearning for days past when her life was not so complicated.
