• Appearance

  The first thing one would probably notice about this fellow was his general condition. He was filthy, usually caked in dirt, blood, oil, or other grime. The second thing was his mask. While the rest of him was typically very dirty, this was the one part of his outfit that wasn't as dirty - the circular lenses were always clear, albeit dark in shade. A filter was attached to the left side of the mask, and a small piece for exhaling near his chin. Dirty blonde and certainly unwashed hair was pulled back into a small ponytail behind his head, the straps to his mask occasionally pulling it free when he was more active. Though he typically preferred to avoid fights, Teddy knew that they were inevitable, and thus carried around several weapons at all times. He also wore medium, full-body armor, since protection of that sort was important too.

• History

  Teddy is one of the few surviving slags from the Ghost Farm incident involving the town of Modoc. He was one of the few children, having run with his mother during the night to escape the extermination. Born in 2234, he was only seven when this event happened, and he bears the scars even in present day.
  
  In 2249, when he was only fifteen years old, his mother fell ill. She died within a matter of days. Teddy burned her corpse and left a small testament in a holotape at the burn site, though whether anyone had read it or if it had been ruined is unknown.
  
  Since this, Teddy had struck out on his own, doing what he needed to do to survive, though retaining a conscious mind and taking heed not to do any particularly evil deeds. He travels exclusively at night because of his sensitivity to light. He travels from town to town, never settling down, but still sustaining himself. His most common jobs involve selling scrap and valuables, looting old Pre-War facilities, escorting travelers who need protection, and fulfilling small bounties.
