Biography

Born the illegitimate child of a prostitute and a poker player, all that Jacklynn's known is her life out on the London streets and slums. From a young age she learnt all the tricks of the trade about living off scraps and being resourceful. As a child, she marveled at the circuses and often snuck into tents or theatres to watch magicians perform. She didn't want to be the raunchy girl that often was the magician's assistant. She wanted to be the one performing the tricks and dazzling the audience. When she was nine, she finally met a conjurer who was willing to teach her, one that only performed at birthday parties but could at least teach the basics. Soon, Jacklynn came up with all sorts of her own signature card tricks, as well as picking up other bedazzling magical feats. She also owns a pet biomechanical rabbit named Peter, one that she gained off of via illegal means. Some of her most precious possessions include a copy of Oliver Twist and Alice in Wonderland and a deck of old cards from her father, her tea set, and her top hat. An ambitious, out-going and over-imaginative demigirl, often times Piper has to get her head down from the clouds. Over the years, Jacklynn also developed very severe kleptomania and Piper has to help her quell it. She has an aversion towards doctors, as she was told that her mother died because doctors refused to care for her while she was giving birth to her, and firmly believes in solving illnesses or any health problems alone.
