  Frank is found wearing a loose fitting jacket, crisp white shirt and braces underneath. Nicely pressed trousers and leather shoes freshly polished. His cap is his trademark and he stores a sharpened fruit knife in it.
  He is very muscley for a guy who seems to just sit around thinking.

• Biography

  At uni this guy was in the rowing team until half the team went missing. Oh yes, this guy lines up 'meals' for vampires. And why not sell off half your team? They were crap anyway.
  After that little adventure, he found himself organising finances for not so legal businesses and has stuck to that for the last six months.
  He also smokes occasionally when the stress is getting to him, not that he'd tell you that. Frank operates usually along side the law, finding reasons to kill you through that, and nah, he isn't down for getting his hands dirty, vampires would find you a lot tastier alive and kicking.
  Frank uses his knife only in extreme circumstances and then he goes for the eyes so yeah, watch out.
