• Cecilio is a mixed-race man standing 5 feet and 10.5 inches tall, of half Brazilian and half Japanese descent. Being born into one of the world's many melting pots, the man speaks Brazilian Portuguese, English, and Japanese at a fairly fluent level. Many describe him as 'easy to befriend, but hard to tolerate.' The reason for this, though, is hidden somewhere in the depths between his flights of fancy, lecherous attitude, and general overly-positive behavior.
  
  Despite being in adequate physical shape and keeping up on his hygeine, Cecilio's his body still has some catching up to do. He sweats like a pig and consistently smells of deodorant, though that's probably better than the alternative. To the eyes, he's certainly not offensive – not conventionally attractive, but some could say he carries a rustic charm (despite never even being close to a farm, let alone tending one.) His clothes are functional, worn in, and the opposite of trendy. He'd often keep his helmet around, either wearing it or shrugging it under the arm. Why he likes to wear it so much are reasons known to him, if that. Maybe he just likes it as a fashion statement.
  
  His posturing is laid-back; speech lilted in the most nonchalant of manners. Despite being so easy-going, he's prone to making bad situations worse by being unaware of people's boundaries and breaching them with unknowing ease. He's very pronounced with his gesturing, prone to long-winded discussions over the most menial topics. All in all, he's probably a great springboard for the more intellectually-minded to bounce ideas off of, or the kind of guy you need to make a party more lively. A class clown, in a way, to the point of regular comic self-deprecation. Lively, evocative, and awful social.

• Of course, Cecilio's normally adorned in much less militant clothing, depending on where he is and what he's doing.
