• Appearance

  Sasha is a tall woman, some 5"10, with conspicuous cyberware. From below her elbow, her right arm is a black cybernetic of excellent quality. She wears her dirty blonde hair short on the right of her face, and long on the left, with a parting above her right eye.

• The Criminal Life

  Earth IV is a bustling metropolis. Something to be expected from a world that shares its name with the cradle of humanity. And, a commonly known fact, where enough humans gather, without enough oversight, the criminal caste flourishes.
  
  Sasha wasn't always in with the underclass. Born into a fabulously rich family, she knew little of the struggles of life, as close as she came to danger was in combat sims. Food was plentiful, money was never an issue, and she was waited on by a dedicated team of housekeepers while her parents worked, controlling a gigantic pharmaceutical empire. She suffered through lectures on business and politics, her parents intending for her inherit their empire.
  
  But Sasha lived for the simulated danger of combat vr, competing at the highest levels, in the most expensive and realistic sims, going so far as to remove all limits on the haptic feedback rig, so she could feel the sensation of being shot, stabbed, and lit aflame. She pestered the family's security team for advice, tips, and stories about real combat. With the boredom of defending a rich family home, they welcomed the distraction.
  
  When on a holiday to the coast, Sasha was sitting with the security team on the porch of the expensive villa, while her parents ate breakfast in the conservatory. One of the team noticed a sound, a grav flier. They thought nothing of it, all confirming they heard the sound. Likely another family coming to their summer getaway, hidden down the coast a half mile in either direction. Then the same man, heard the sound of a reaper battery warming up. A rapid fire, anti personnel railgun, a reaper battery is distinct by a half second sound of the capacitors warming up. The security team threw themselves flat, dragging Sasha down with them, as the conservatory was shredded by gunfire. A hail of glass exploded outwards, raining down on them. Sasha's parents were quite definitely dead.
  
  Sasha and the security team laid there for what felt like hours, listening to the receding thrum of the gravflier's engines. She pushed herself to her feet, climbing out from under the man who had been shielding her with his body. She walked back into the house, and straight into the security team's room, the armoured core of the house, where their equipment was kept, she walked back out with a full combat load. She told the team to prep the flier, that she had a target, and they were going to pay someone a visit.
  
  Over the following days, Sasha persecuted a private war, without the deniability of the attack upon her parents, against anyone she identified as suspect. The bodycount was impressive, the operations she and her team undertook meticulously planned, but never clean. They left evidence enough to be prosecuted five times over, robbing her of her inheritance, as all her assets were frozen. She called it even for vengeance.
  
  With the last lead followed, and the bodycount high enough to satisfy her. She called an end to it. The team, minus the three of their eight who hadn't survived the punishing attacks, stuck together for a while, but slowly split apart as circumstance worked its way. In the end, Sasha and the teams nominal leader, a man called Carlos Brint, said their farewells in a dockside dive bar, as he left the station, one step ahead of the law.
  
  For her part, Sasha soon fell in with a criminal cartel. Notorious for her spree of vengeance, respect came easy, and prestige followed. Quickly becoming a go to for aggressive actions within the cartel, she continues to ply her trade in violence. The Sims weren't enough, now she has the real deal.
