• Magical Abilities

  Saga is a druid of significant aptitude. Using her skill in concocting herbal remedies, she combines her poultices with her druidic magic, drawing on the power of nature to activate the natural ingredients and expedite their effects tenfold. Suffice to say, the deeper into the wilds she goes, the more power she has access to. Her abilities do not stop at rejuvenation- though it is her strong-suit- however.
  
  Saga is able to accelerate the growth of a variety of flora, requiring more power the larger the plant in question. This greatly aids her hunt for rare herbs, where she finds something not yet fully grown and is able to quicken the process until it's ripe for the harvesting. Needless to say, she often grows her own plants at home, until she needs a new type, in which case she'll head out to scavenge.
  
  Perhaps one of the most useful powers Saga can utilize is similar to a type of magic forest nymphs or dryads have access to, and that is teleportation via living trees. This power is incredibly draining for her and cannot be used often, however, it is as simple as selecting a tree as a conduit of sorts and using the roots within the earth to link said tree with another in a different location. It opens up a portal of sorts in the trunk of the tree which when stepped through, leads those who have stepped through to another location entirely. She does not use this power often as sometimes it can be unreliable in teleporting her to the location she had in mind.
  
  Lastly, Saga has moderate (albeit minimal) skill in offensive druidic magic; namely controlling more harmful flora such as thorned vines and the likes. She cannot conjure these at will, however, so her offensive abilities are greatly reduced in areas absent of such plant-life. Unbeknownst to her, Saga has great potential for other types of magic not necessarily linked to her druidism, but due to her pacifist nature she has yet to dabble in such things to see for herself. A witch or wizard of great skill could likely teach the girl a thing or two, had she any interest to learn.

• Home Sweet Home

  Wanting to live as concealed as possible deep within the woods, Saga had wandered into an area of the forest where a large type of tree-shroom grew wild. Harnessing the power of nature itself, she managed to choose a single mushroom, the largest she could find and alter its shape slightly, both widening and thickening its trunk to make it suitable for living within. Over time, she eventually created and carved out a suitable hovel of sorts, fixing it up inside and out to create some semblance of a home without harming it or the environment. It's not every day one can say they live within a giant mushroom tree...

  This is just a general idea of what her house might look like. A bit taller, several floors, wide, hollowed out mushroom with harmless spores that glow faintly at night settled atop the mushroom cap. Carved out windows and door and decorated with mostly homemade furniture such as wooden bookshelves, stools, etc. She bathes in a freshwater spring nearby her home and cooks most of her meals outside on a fire. The home's interior itself has basic amenities such as a bed, comfortable seating, shelves, stools, tables, counters, etc.
