Whit
Co-owner of Makaab, an antique shop in the French Quarter, Whit is Drae's oldest friend and a middle-man for the reclusive arachnid's side hustle as a spirit-trapper and cryptid hunter. A general practitioner of magic with specialties in abjuration and enchantment, he is perhaps the only person from whom Drae might willingly seek counsel or companionship. Whit is the unofficial keeper of twin hellhounds Annwn and Garmr and a lifemate to Sinn.
Sinn
Sinn is the other half of Makaab. Though he maintains a lower profile than Whit, preferring to curate their stock rather than work on the shop floor, he has an intimate understanding of the occult and remains a highly knowledgeable, if lesser known, dealer of magical antiquities. An ageless forest spirit, he spends half of his time on four legs and acts as both a familiar and a lifemate to Whit.

K'thak
K'thak is Drae's older brother, from whom he has been estranged for some decades. Though they were close in their formative years, K'thak was the first to abandon their colony and, consequently, the first to abandon Drae. This created a chasm the siblings have yet to fill, despite K'thak's yearly efforts to make amends. He owns a men's clothing shop in Boston, where he works as a renowned tailor of fine suits.
Atony
Operating under various aliases, Atony is a hellspawn residing in various discarded human shells. Most of his shells are provided by Drae, who does so begrudgingly as a means of retaining access to the demon's vast garden of rare plants. Atony lives in Drae's eternal debt, something upon which the spider is never afraid to collect.

Beatrize
Bea is a spiritual medium and a cook in the French Quarter. She enlisted Drae's services shortly after her arrival in New Orleans, during which time she was plagued by the antics of a restless poltergeist. He handled the haunting pro bono, a favor that she has never forgotten and continues to repay with late-night food deliveries. In addition to being his meal courier, she will act as an occasional consultant when Drae's own skill as a medium fails him (and it often does).
Saelihn
A temperamental fae gifted in the art of elemental magic, Saelihn was Drae's first love. Their tempestuous years-long affair was doomed from the start, owing to a fickle nature that drove the fae to seek greener pastures - with many of Drae's most prized artifacts in tow. It took the spider some time to reclaim what was taken, but it took considerably longer for his pride to recover from the betrayal. Saelihn is subject to an overabundance of wanderlust, but lurks around the French Quarter when it suits him. Though years have passed since their separation, he can still manipulate Drae with very little effort.
