Velerosine Runekind

History

• Biography

  Velerosine Runekind was born and raised until the age of 30 in the Ghostlands. She was brought up by her father, Igneas Runekind and her mother, Ceteline Runekind. She has no siblings, as far as she knows. She was a rogue of the Sin'dorei elven empire, and highly respected by everyone. Not only respected by everyone, but managed to fight and patrol all she could with her long-time childhood friend and fellow guard, Alison Rosemary.
  
  At a much later age, sometime around 100 years old, Velerosine grew tired of practicing within the Fel magicks her Kingdom so much relied on. Refusing to practice much more, Velerosine turned upon everyone, including the ones she loved the most. She sought out a man, by the name of Umbris. She had found old tomes lying nonchalantly around her Kingdom, and she studied them nonstop. She had read and succeeded in learning certain runes, yet not knowing of what was going to come of her. One day, she had learned a rune to tear a spatial rift.
  
  Needless to say, she did, and entered upon the changing of her utter future. She gazed at the stars above her, and the darkness surrounding her. Creatures made of corrupt stars and utter void walked about the drought, floating mass she was standing upon. But, in the distance, she saw a man and a woman conversing. The man was nothing like she'd ever seen, purple skin, tendrils within his hair. But, the woman, she could recognize anywhere.
  
  They had statues of her, at her once beloved Kingdom. It was one of the three Windrunner sisters, Alleria. She had looked much better than Velerosine pictured in her head. But.. the only thought that came into her mind was what she was doing here. In a mix of emotions, upset, confused, and slightly angry as if it had not lived up to her expectations, and excited to meet one of the sisters. Once she had confronted them, she believed every word she was told. She was on a mass within space, called Telogrus. The man she spoke to, he was the instructor of the sort she was studying. His name is Umbris, and she continued to follow his teachings.
  
  She noticed changes with her body. Her once alabaster skin, had faded into a darkened azure, but almost sickly. Her once sun-bleached, flowing hair had turned into a dark navy blue, and soon enough, tendrils with their own will were planted within her head, making their presence within her locks. The only thing that seemed to excite Velerosine, was the change of her eyes. She no longer inhibited the infamous emerald, glowing eyes of the Sin'dorei. They had changed into an pallid white color, keeping the glowing aura. The final change she had to get used to, were the whispers inside her head. She had never been informed of such would happen, and it drove her to the brink of insanity when she caved in to listen to them. It seemed to her they only got louder and louder, until she brought up different hobbies to ignore them.
  
  Unlike used to being the faithful rogue she was, she turned to be a well known Riftstalker. After all her changes, she decided to make her way to Stormwind City. Immediately upon her arrival, she was met with the worst scorning looks from her now peers of the Alliance. The only now friendly face and voice she was met with was of King Anduin Wrynn, of course. Unlike most Horde, she didn't exactly dislike Anduin. She didn't have much thought of him, to be precise. She did notice, however, the structures and features of which he resembled his Father.
  
  She was sent out to do the smallest of missions and bounties, attempting to prove her worth to her mighty King. She's built up to the present, evolved into an experienced Riftstalker of her fellow Ren'dorei and fights proudly next to the Alliance.
