  Personality: Anyssa’s personality is somewhat split. Not to say she is insane, rather, the personality she shows to the captain is quite different from that which she shows to the crew. To the crew she is ruthless. Most of the crew fear her. She has a hair trigger temper and has no problem eliminating those who oppose her. Aggressive. Enjoys inflicting pain on others.
  
  The personality she shows to the Captain is completely different. The Captain is her true love. When they are together, Anyssa is caring and soft. She happily attends to the needs of her captain and would gladly give her life for the woman she loves. Submissive.
  
  No matter which personality she shows, the happiness of her Captain is always her top priority.
  
  Bio: Born in England. Anyssa and her parents made the crossing to the Eleuthera when she was eight. When she was ten, the settlement was attacked by pirates. In the confusion, she lost sight of her parents. She was found by British troops and taken to Port Royal and placed in an orphanage. When she was fifteen, she left the orphanage and started to work as a prostitute. At seventeen, she longed for a change of scenery and stowed away on board a ship which was docked at the port. Two days out to sea, she was found and taken before the Captain of the ship. She discovered that they were pirates, and ended up joining the crew.
  
  When she was twenty-one, the ship she was on was attacked by the Dutch and sunk. She, along with other members of the crew were taken prisoner and taken to Curacao to be hanged.
  
  While awaiting the gallows, some of the prisoners planned an escape. Anyssa helped them and they made their way to the aboard the Reaver. She became a member of the crew and struck up a friendship with the only other female member, Bree McLaughlin. They became inseparable and eventually became lovers
  
  At twenty-four, Anyssa and Bree, led a mutiny. They took control of the ship without firing a shot. The Captain and the remaining crew, that were still loyal to him, were marooned. Anyssa made Bree the new Captain and they quickly changed the name of the ship to The Murderess. They have been plundering ever since.
