  • ● I am not my characters. It shouldn't need to be said, but there you go. Don't conflate IC and OOC, y'all.

    ● I prefer quality to quantity. Just give me something to react to and we're golden. Can't do much with a page of internal monologue, you know?

    ● I may not always be responsive. I apologize for this, but I am often working, and have some health issues to boot. If I don't respond to a nudge promptly, I am likely away from the computer or unable to immediately put down what I'm doing. Please have patience.

    ● Communicate clearly. Ask questions. Express interests and expectations. Uncertain whether or not I'll be down with something in RP? Uncomfortable with the way things are going, or something I said OOC? Talk to me about it. Don't expect me to read your mind. I'm shit at picking up subtle hints. If you don't say something, chances are I won't realize anything is wrong. Honestly, kids, I'm pretty dense.

    ● Respect my boundaries. Do not guilt trip me for RP. Do not expect me to drop plots with others. Do not push me to do things I am uncomfortable doing. Do not attempt to invade my privacy. I will not do these things to you, and I expect the same courtesy.

    ● Dice rolling. I will occasionally roll dice to see whether or not a certain action (generally use of powers or magic) pulls through for one of my characters. You're not required to do the same, natch, but I will be doing this in the RP window for the sake of fairness and transparency.

    ● Don't be a dick. No, really. It's that easy.
