Due to the smaller stature of the forms they prefer to take, their fairness is often overlooked or ignored outright, but let it be said the fey are sightly beings nonetheless. Other races tend to encounter them without realizing it, as a fey might choose to assume a physical shape the very same size as a human or elf adult. It is not uncommon for a fey to wear this shape indefinitely after having found a lover of the aforementioned races. As a general caution, the longer the duration of this form, the more strenuous to return to their petite image. It is their choice to enlargen their appearance and retain physical fey-like attributes such as their wings and eye color, or to assume the shape of a human body bearing striking resemblance in body type and facial structure.β

One of the younger fey by comparison to her kin, there is an air of vivacity that acts as almost an intoxicant to those who would first encounter the Petalgleam heiress. There is a deliberate manner to the dulcet notes of her voice, musical, disarming. Lengths of kempt, tulip-pink hair spill far beneath her shoulders to caress the very dip of her back, glossed in a satin-like shine. Pillowy lips curve sweetly a complexion of unblemished peach. Like her curved mouth, her body shape rounds pleasantly this way and that, with curved hips and thighs to proportion a full bosom.
Her wings effuse lights and curling, floral marks that appear dotted with scintillating crystals unto the very extremities. Like the elaborate means of flight at her back, Nysphina prefers her attire florid and sparkling, gowns and garb tailored to declare her station as heiress amongst her fey court.

Though she flaunts her status by wardrobe and nature, she is criticized for the shirking of responsibilities, of her duties that come with the opulence. The elders of the Petalgleam court make no shortage of effort to discipline her. seemingly to no avail. She is recounted as lazy and uninspired. To no surprise, her input means little in the on-goings of the Petalgleam.

Natural Menders
The Petalgleam are a court of fae who elect to teach humans Druidism in exchange for vows of nature's protection. The Petalgleam possess command over flora and plant life, able to make flowers bloom -- or wither if they were placed unnaturally. They do not command animals as they do plants, but rather communicate through their bond. Seldom will an animal act contradictory to the words of a Petalgleam.
The Petalgleam utilize natural magics to heal and protect, to charm and to confuse, able to shapeshift into creatures of their choosing. The younger of their kind have a penchant for trickery and will resort to pranks on unsuspecting adventurers, whereas the older Petalgleam heal the wounded or cure the sick.
They seem to have sequestered themselves further and further into the depths of their wood and away from other races.
Abilities
As a woman of the fae and successor to the Petalgleam court, Nysphina is a proficient magical user. She draws upon the forces around her, possessing an innate connection to the world and its children. Her particular skillset is built upon healing and protection, though her shapeshifting endows her the strength of whatever animal form she assumes.
β’ Shapeshifting: Nysphina is capable of taking the shape of various animals, namely those she has personally encountered. Born in the forest, this includes but is not limited to bears, wolves, birds, foxes, and deer. In order to become a beast from another region, she must first encounter it lest the shape falter. How long she retains the form is dependent on her will. Other animals react to her presence.
β’ Healing: Nysphina has the ability to heal all races (with the exception of undead) with nature magics. Depending on the injury, her healing can affect her little or mentally exhaust her. The most grievous of wounds that bring someone to the brink of death are a gamble.
β’ Protective Barriers: The fae is able to erect a magical barrier around herself or another, capable of withstanding physical blows (unless from a particularly powerful being) and blasts of energy. They remain as long as she concentrates, but if they are shattered she experiences blowback to her psyche and is left vulnerable.
β’ Telepathy: So long as Nysphina has touched another being, she is capable of communing with them via telepathy by projecting images to their conscience or simply talking. If they are possessed or taken to another plane, the connection is hindered and can even be severed outright.
β’ Wild Bonds: Possessing an innate connection to the natural world, Nysphina is capable of establishing trust with most beasts (provided they are not enchanted or familiars). This aids in traversing the land, knowing its people, and its animal life.
