Powers/Skills/Stats

• Description of Info

  Stats govern Skills and Skill Points available and the effectiveness of Powers.
  
  The higher the INT. The more Damage your Powers will do, the higher the WIS. The more versatility and Range your powers will have.
  
  Power Damage is calculated by your skill level.
  
  You may choose any of the 3 Powers Sub-Catagories to put your Power Points into.
  
  Sub-Catagories are:
  5 Elements
  Light and Shadow
  Healing and Poison
  
  GM determines the capabilities of your character to make sure that they fit within the parameters of the universe.
  
  Characters are created at Level 1 to a MAX Level of 100.
  Each level awards 2 Stat Points
  Every 4th Level will award 1 Power Point. Every 2nd Stat Point above 10 awards 1 Skill Point.
  
  Stats are factored by a 72 Point-Buy-In
  A Level 1 Character’s Stats start at 1 and can have a minimum Stat of 1 and a max of 20. (10 is the average for creatures in the universe) ((I.E. This makes a total of a 78 Point-Buy-In with every stat starting at 1 point.))
  
  Hit Points are calculated as 10 per 1 Constitution Point. Number of Healing Powers usable are also governed by every 4th Level. The area effected by Healing Powers is governed by the Constitution Stat Points
  
  Mana Gauge is your INT x2
  Ex: INT- 20= 40 Mana
  Each Power can be used as one instance or for a continuous cast.
  Casting a Power takes 1 mana
  Continuous casting takes 1 mana per 1 second.
  
  Power Range is calculated as your total WIS/2
  
  It is possible to combine Powers to make unique abilities, however, each addition makes that Power costs more mana.
  Ex. Fire + Lightning cost 2 mana to cast and drains 2 mana per second if held.
  However the drain is more severe because the damage increases as well.
  
  You may also create a combined power by spending more than one Power Point.
  Ex. Fire Tornado would cost 2 Power Points to use and 2 Mana to cast with a 2 mana per second drain to keep the power active.

• Powers

  Five Elements
  Scorched Earth- AOE Centered on caster. Raise the temperature of the ground beneath your feet up to 1,000 degrees Celsius
  
  Tornado- Can be cast anywhere within 22 feet of the caster. Once cast, moves on its own.
  
  Water Sphere- Create a sphere of water that engulfs a 22 foot radius. Creates it’s own current that pulls things into the center.
  
  Split Earth- Linear, in front of Caster, Violently rip a Fissure in the ground with your hands.
  
  Lightning Storm- Create a lightning Storm that covers a maximum of 22 feet.
  
  Light and Shadow
  Emit Light- Pick any object within range and cause it to emit a dim light.
  
  Darkness- Cast in an area to make it dark, or cast on individuals to cause them to lose sight.
  
  Healing and Necrotic
  Healing Aura- AOE Radiate a healing presence that effects all allies within a 22 foot radius.
  
  Druidic Presence- AOE Enter a meditative state and heal the land around you. This causes the natural surroundings to flourish.
  Requires 2 Power Points
  
  Holy Ground- AOE Simultaneously augment the ground within a 22 foot radius to cause Radiation Damage to your enemies and Heal yourself and allies.
  Requires 2 Power Points
  
  Smite- Launch bolts of Radiation Damage at a maximum of 5 opponents in a cone in front of you.
  
  Sunder- Strike an opponent with focused radiation damage to rend their armor. Deals Physical Damage.
