While a comprehensive seeking list will probably come in the future, I'm seeking any and all interactions for Blackwell. Disclaimers ahead, obviously his character is rooted in dark settings, I am not opposed to every day, lighter scenes. He's not a nice man, but I promise I am! I'm very approachable so if you have any ideas at all, just come at me! Of course I favor the darker, violent side of roleplaying so if that isn't your thing I completely understand! IC does not equal OOC. Communication is key and have fun!
Symon has a fractured psyche. Intense emotions or discomfort will cause him distress, sometimes in physical ways. Entirely mundane, he doesn't have multiple personalities or an alter ego. In simple terms, it's just a voice in his head that he - and it - considers it's own being. One that has very strong opinions. It's been with him since childhood, it can't control any part of Symon but it can influence his decisions and behavior. Having a recent run-in with a dreamwalker revealed that within sleep, Symon and Black, The Other, exist separately. The Other has full autonomy in a dream state and complete awareness whether Symon is awake or asleep. Their relationship is volatile and while it won't intentionally risk harm coming to Symon, it enjoys manipulating him as much as he enjoys manipulating others. Symon's dreamscape manifests as more of a memory palace, housing every ill deed in vaults. The Other and Symon interact within it and plans made will continue in waking as thoughts and ideas that Symon can and will take full credit for.

If Symon has internal interactions with The Other in writing, I write those in italics. They can't be heard by anyone but Symon unless the other person has some form of supernatural ability to infiltrate and read minds and then, boy, it's going to be a confusing mess to any eavesdroppers. If this form of writing bothers you in ANY way, that's completely fine and I can omit any internal communication.

Some information about Symon David Blackwell was easy to obtain from a simple google search or record check. The only child and heir to the Blackwell name and fortune, Symon's parents were high socialites and well respected in the fine art community. To all who cared to look, Symon was a perfect, polished child. Always politely playing the role expected of him. At sixteen, after the tragic unsolved murder of his parents and robbery of their home while he was on a trip, Symon inherited everything. After a two year sabbatical in which he delegated control of his empire, he returned to New York to assume his position. He operated well for five years; smiled for every photograph, shook every hand, donated to every charity and took every expression of sympathy for the untimely demise of his family. But after a rash of break ins and thievery of his galleries, Symon Blackwell announced his youthful retirement with an extravagant gala. At twenty three, he had no spouse and no children. He sold every property, every company share and when the party was over, he was left alone; just the way he wanted it.

The rest was not so easily discovered.

He was alone, and with millions of dollars worth of his own stolen art.

But he was free from attention and such a fine, upstanding gentleman wasn't even considered as a suspect in increasingly violent murders and further art thefts committed by the individual dubbed The Socialite for his affinity for high class targeting. Their frequencies were erratic and they always lacked any substantial evidence. Until they didn't. Somewhere along the way, confidence turned into arrogance and mistakes were made. After successfully framing a close family friend and avoiding detection, Symon waited out the heat, waited for the horror to fade and be replaced by some other terrible headline, and on the premise of too many ghosts and bad memories, he left. He left New York and ended up on the river's edge of New Versailles, Louisiana.
