Jake Predon is born to a mother who loves him, but physically cant show it because she is into heavy drugs and drinking that clouds her mind. They live in Crimetopia, because his mother is unwanted for being a druggy and out burst of a drunk and also a whore. Jake suffers from a brain injury from when he was five so his brain has stopped developing at age five although he can SEMI learn things more just at a major slow pace. Which makes him unwanted by the "good side of town." Crimetopia accepts Jake and takes care of him as their own child, no one messes with him or they will get hurt by the people who rule over Crimetopia. Jake doesn't understand that they are criminals or that they hurt people, mostly because they tend to keep him away from the times crime happens or lie it through which luckily works on him. Jake's dad doesn't care what happened to his family due to Jake's mother being a whore and Jake not able to understand much he gave up on them. Jake also has a fainting complex if he gets stressed out he faints in which he has to get a shot and then rest in bed for two days or he could go into a coma.
