People to play the men who originally found her on the beach of Guildereim, one should be a noble of some-sort and a magic user. The other should be a slave, possibly a harem slave with more freedom than most. There should be a clear cut reason why she was sold off to be a slave when she was found. I am hoping for a love/hate relationship with this, Agafya would resent them for leaving her to become a slave but she would grow to be friends with these men.

Someone to play her brother, this would have to be a long term role as she would have a lot of questions as to where he has been all this time, why did he not come to find her sooner, he would be extremely mad to find her enslaved, and he would fight to get her freed.

Enemies, not everyone is going to like her. Maybe even a slave who is jealous of her or just simply dislikes her.
