Compared to her vampire version later on, Roxana was a very energetic, positive, and chatty girl. Full color, smart, attentive, and empathic. Her main wish since she was a kid was to become a psychologist to help people.

After becoming a vampire, Roxana has been dealing with a lot of issues with the affliction that comes with the Malkavian blood. During one of the uncontrollable episodes when her visions went hazard, voices started to enchant hard to orders, - an amalgamation of sentences that made no sense- without knowing/realizing she had changed the color of a big chunk of hair in her head. Some of it fell on her hand, on the floor, leaving her in a state of stupor. If it weren't for her Nosferatu friend to come in and calm her down, and tell her that she doesn't look that bad, it would've ended more tragically. In his words, she chose to let her hair in two colors, which became a symbolic meaning in her whole character.
The white side reveals her immortality, since the white hair - as it seems- is a color that is seen in many vampires in her clan, also the constant stress does indeed turn her hair gray.
While the brown part, is her natural color, kept nicely, groomed, and shiny, reflecting her constant battle not to lose herself with the other side. A duality that's been tried many times before by her fellow vampires and was constantly told that it will take a while until she'll eventually succumb to the full effects.
Yet despite the critisism, she stubbornly fights to prove them wrong. To prove herself right.
Also...she has to keep the promise she made to her friend. To never lose sign of herself. A promise she'd rather die again than break.
Vampire Name Meaning:
After transformation, Roxana chooses a 'vampire' nickname: Lamya Rose to go by in the night society as a fledgling.
When first dealing with new people she presents herself as Rose. If she deems them as being worthy of her trust, and become friends then she will ask them to call her Lamya, as it's only meant for people that are close to her.

Vampiric Personality:
At first, after being turned by her Sire, her demeanor stayed energetic and positive. Even with her problems with the powers and uncontrollable effects of her blood, she still surprised the Nosferatu group by finding entertainment and pulling them along with her shenanigans.
Her unexpected friendship with their respected fellow - Caleb, a genius individual with his quirks - already raised tons of eyebrows.
Her close relationship with the other Clan brought a lot of attention in the city and many judgemental commentaries. But Roxana is not the type of person to care for other's opinions if what she does has a meaning to create good.
It went rather...hmm, not quite smoothly given the cracks here and there but she had a good unlife with the underground gang for a couple of years.
...until the incident happened...
And that's when...she slowly changed.
Though traces of her former self still lingered ...but....the current Lamya Rose, as she goes by nowadays has developed a markedly different demeanor in the society.
Now she's...Mostly calm. Too calm.
Observing. Thinking.
Preferring neutrality in most situations, Lamya rarely displays strong emotions or reactions unless events deviate significantly from her expectations. Unless the events aren't in accordance with what she expected. She is an excellent counselor, mostly listening to others speaking, looking at things objectively, and giving her opinion when others ask.
She is a well-known psychologist vampire in the city, which caught many's attention for many reasons.
The idea that vampires actually, need counseling ? Haha...
It's not a bad idea at all. Majority had thought.
During psychologic sessions, some patients claim that her charming, and understanding nature, help them be more open during therapy, feeling safe.
Others criticize her analytical approach, accusing her of over-diagnosing. By that they mean...her Malkavian speech is rather hard to decrypt, so she tries her best to pay close attention to what she says and the way she says it. It was very hard at first since she had to fight with a lot of her vampiric instincts, but after a long time, the results were noticeable. She does a better job at being easier to understand by others, which in turn receives a lot of weird looks as to how and why is she so different than the rest of her Clan.

Are these people for real?
Seeing how her efforts are once again met with critisism, after a lot of frustrations and ranting done at the ears of her Nosferatu peers - whom btw were sweet enough to patients wait for her to finish and then comfort her - she decided to use other tactics.
First, ignore the masses. Two, apparently whenever she put her bundaris and instills them, curiously people are interested to listen.
Well some of them, but it's great progress she can work with it.
Nevertheless, Lamya deftly handles such critiques, employing manipulation and intellect to protect her reputation. She issues a maximum of two warnings to those who threaten trouble at her workplace, resorting to more aggressive measures if necessary.

A simple chain necklace that she received from her mother. Doesnt look fancy, nor attracts attention but it's signifiance to Lamya is priceless.
It's the very few things she has left from her familly. When she touches it, it's texture and presence can calm her down when the visions become too muc to bearh, though it's not always effective.
