Frankie Stein is an asshole. He is vulgar and mean. Has a dependency on chems even if they barely work any more and he will definitely eat your face if you're holding out on him.
☢Being that Stein is a glowing one, he puts off radiation and is healed by it. Unlike his feral counterparts who cannot control how much radiation they put off, Frankie is capable of keeping it to a minimal or blasting everything around him with waves of death. Typically he keeps it low until you anger him, or if he is fighting with you. At that point he is definitely trying to kill you and there is no better way to do so in the wastelands than via radiation and cooking you down at a molecular level.☠For one reason or another, Frank is able to walk among feral ghouls. They typically will leave him alone, or even follow him around, much to his aggravation. He can speak to them, but what does a feral ghoul really have to say? A lot it turns out! Frank makes good caps when not raiding others, by traveling to Feral Ghoul hot spots and looting things there with little worry of danger. Ferals also make good watch dogs to protect his loot or even places he decides to stay. Despite this boon, he doesn't often hang around them, as he never knows when they may finally decide to attack him or they influence his loss of sentience and he too becomes Feral.
