➣PERSONALITY▪ Roman, being middle-aged, is quite set in his ways. While he believes there is always room for improvement and his professional ambition is insatiable. When it comes to his family life, and how he likes things done, he is very strict. With a demanding nature, he can also be considered needy in the fact that he never seems satisfied. You could clean his kitchen and he will most likely find something out of place, and need to redo it top to bottom himself simply because of that one inconsequential thing. Of course, this makes him rather insufferable, but this part of him is also kept behind closed doors.
In public, and socially, Roman is rather well put together, if not envied, due to his accomplishments and presented laid-back attitude. Albeit, there is some level of truth here as he has always been rather outgoing and approachable. Needless to say, he hides his ugly sides extremely well.
➣RELATIONSHIPS▪ While most people might think that Roman is the type of person to have burned many bridges over his life, in truth, if any level of relationship fails, the man remains quite civilized. At his core, Roman holds onto the belief that everyone can be useful, despite preferring that everyone be useful for him specifically, he battles with the rationale that this simply cannot be. This is especially true with his son Cypress.
While his son is his personally chosen love interest and he can force him into sexual situations, he cannot take away Cy's voice. His child is a mess of love and absolute loathing, but for Roman if he could beat the 'boy' into understanding his love for him, he would deem it worthwhile. This level of persistence shows in Roman's work ethic. He does not give up, and he will always try to make the best out of any situation. When it comes to acquaintances and friends, if they burn him too badly, Roman will merely cut ties with an amicable front, or fade away.
