To the outside world, Cypress appears like any other teen. He lives full time with a father who spends plenty of time at home, in a nice house, with nice things, and presents a perfect picture for how a single father and his son should look. They truly show a standard for a well adjusted little family, no mother required. His father, Roman, has taught him well to wear the smile expected of him, and live with a layer of secrets at all times. Friends are few and far between, but not because Cypress is at all unpleasant. There always seems to be some excuse with him, some reason to stay home, to have family time in place of a social life.
The teen presents as a quiet type, though he does have a few hobbies. While he enjoys a degree of supervised gaming, like most his age, he's fonder drawing and art. Charcoal is his favorite medium, and he has talent well beyond his years. Not a lot of people get to see it with his shy nature, though it litters his room. Given some of the themes found in his art, it's likely for the best that not a lot of eyes have lied upon it. While at school, he has attracted the attention of a handful of bullies. This has only pushed him farther into himself while he's at school, isolating him even more than his quieter tendencies.
