Nothing is known of Ice apart from the fact that he(she?) rides a motorcycle and wears thick body armor under his leather jacket. Ice is quick and efficient when he takes on a hunt and uses a voice modulator to avoid any chance of recognition. So if you're on a hunt and hear Darth Vader all of a sudden there is a good chance Ice has arrived to help.

Body armor- Ice's clothes are not just to add to their mystique. He has thick body armor capable of stopping one bullet to the chest, a bullet proof helmet, and silver arm and leg guards capable of turning back a Garou strike. +2 damage reduction overall and +3 damage reduction against Garou. Head shots will knock out Ice rather than killing them. One shot to the chest can be absorbed causing painful bruises. Second shot will pierce the armor.

The Twins- Twin uzis are either strapped to Ice's legs or hidden with side compartments on their Ice's motorcycle. Ice has used they weapons for years and has become adept at hitting two targets at once. +2 firearms when using the Twins. An extra +1 modifier for each Twin when firing on two targets at once. (Twins almost always contain silver bullets.)

Inferno- Attached to Ice's motorcycle is a compact flamethrower that can be removed with ease. +4 damage to Vampires. (Bulky weapon requires arriving on motorcycle and once detached becomes very conspicuous.)
