Physical Description: Standing about 7ft even. Tall and lanky with a forward haircut, bleach blonde hair that he won't admit used to be ginger. Very light skin, as if never touched by sun, covered in freckles. Normally wearing a greenish sweater, light lime green t-shirt, slightly flared jeans, basic shoes and occasionally a blue suit jacket, for special occasions.

Body mods, scars and defining features: Most defining feature is his smile, evident that his face is structured in such a way that he is always smiling, making it hard to turn the corners of his mouth down. Right eyebrow has a gap. Various scars scattered; including a run around his neck, branded symbol on the right shoulder blade, two gashes across his lower chest, an entry and exit mark through his lower left abdomen. Left arm slashes. Has PDQ-88b tattooed in black across his lower back, not by choice. Various other small marks dotted around.

Personality: Regular personality is cheery and smiley, even if he doesn't want to be. Can come across as over friendly. Slightly apathetic, sometimes snarky, and can carry things out rather begrudgingly. Doesn’t much like being touched and will become unnerved if touched too much. Will break down easily and act erratically if put in an uncomfortable situation or given impossible tasks, etc. Though, not as liberal with the death quirk as the other, he prefers to not take advantage of it. Should not be allowed to get sober, will take drastic measures to avoid this.

Physical Description: Rather short, standing at about 3ft11. Short, slightly curly, blond hair, occasionally a lil' stubble depending on the RP. The tan skin of someone who has been outside a lot. His outfit of choice is a hoodie with the vault color scheme, baggy blue jeans, heelys, no, i'm kidding, just some boots, and a very loose black tank top.

Body mods, scars and defining features: Three piercings; Right nipple, a prince albert, a base piercing and a jacob's ladder. Tattoos: one of a pin up girl riding an atom bomb behind the left ear. Prominent scar on the left of the bridge of the nose. two deep gashes across the left shoulder. Entry and exit mark through the upper right chest. Evidence of surgery or an autopsy covering his chest and upper abdomen. A large area of scar tissue covering his upper right forearm. A barrage of scratch marks across his back and right ass cheek. Another deep gash across his upper left thigh. Various other small marks dotted around.

Personality: Rather childish as he knows his height will help him get away with it, though he still has the mind of an adult. Has anger issues, often acts like he's taller than he is, or like he can talk. All bite and no bark. A little careless or apathetic at times. Hasn't got a lot of shame... or pride or dignity. A bit of a masochist/sadist. Won’t hesitate to blow his brains out if in a situation… more liberal with the death quirk than the other. Doesn't easily trust new people, but if you can break through those walls and "speak his language", he's a good laugh.

Though the man is built like a brick powerhouse to the point that he can truck through a non-fatal bullet wound, his downfalls come more from the mental side of things than the physical. The elephant in the room being, the fucker can't deny a request or can't "say no". He may have pinpoint accuracy when wielding a gun, but if told to drop it, he has to comply. Tho he won't hesitate to let you know if he thinks you're abusing this.

His physical strength is near inhuman, particularly considering his build. Such lanky proportions should physically not be able to perform some of the feats he can. This can be a negative, however, as his body is strong, but his skin is still human skin. So to grab onto something thin, like wire, and pull might result in his flesh giving out before the wire does.

More a party trick and less of a strength, he can take the metal cap off a bottle without a bottle opener.

To put it bluntly, his mental stability is not the best. And with that permanent smile, things can get unnerving very quickly. In a fight, he might sacrifice a hand to cover his mouth rather than use it in combat. Though he can fight well, the mental aftermath normally isn't pretty. Probably closer to normal than his brother.

His emotions sure can get the better of him, not being able to display a lot of them facially, he may act out in other ways that could seem petty or unhinged. The key to reading his face it to look for the emotion his eyes show, as that part of his face isn't held back by anything. Or, y'know, just asking him.

Has weird interactions with anything "robotic". Tech becomes somewhat sentient around him, but only to him. The downside, it tends to disagree with him. Automatic doors like to close ON him, AIs start out hating him. Prosthetics might flip him off without the owner prompting it. Game characters might address him directly n' forth wall break, stuff like that. But he is popular with "arcade games" and could charm the prizes out of a claw machine. Don't even talk about slot machines... it's complicated, but it's fun.

Don't be fooled by his short stature, the little guy knows how to hold his own. He has no problem bringing someone down to his height and then cramming them into the dirt. He's got some mass to him, backed up by his medical and weaponry knowledge. He'll take a decent beating before he stays down for good.

If you're fighting beside him rather than against, he won't hesitate to put that medical knowledge to use. It's a mystery where he picked it up, but he'll stitch you up quickly and precisely. Among the various concealment he's normally carrying, you'll usually find some kind of pocket first aid kit.

Now, his aim can't compete with his brothers, but he won't hesitate to shoot at a threat. In fact, that is a bit of a downfall, often somewhat trigger-happy. Mixed with his 'jump to conclusions' hot handedness, he can end up being the type to shoot first, ask questions later.

Another downfall is his size, tho agile and good at getting into some tight spaces. He is very easy to knock back, being somewhat light and small. If you pick him up, you've made a terrible mistake because not only have you pissed him off, you've brought him close enough to let you know it.

Being mute is another thing that can get in the way. He can speak, but due to PTSD and many misunderstandings, it ended with him choosing not to. Pushing him to speak will annoy him a lot, and if given means to communicate, he will opt not to as it shares the same problems as just speaking. If you know how to "speak his language" however, he's easy to understand, most people just don't try.

Dogs start out freaking loving him, he is like a silent dog whisperer. Any dog will immediately love him like he's part of their family, no matter the dog. Even the hardest trained guard dogs act like puppies around him without him doing anything at all. In contrast to this, children hate him with burning passion. Babies cry around him and toddlers will glare at him with malice. Unsure about teens, but anyone under 8 will start out hating him. Dunno if he can win them over, but he'd never tried.
