6ft8’ Human (?) (accent hints british) caucasian male. Blonde hair. Warped gold eyes no pupil (from jumping). Usually seen in an orange logo t-shirt ◎, punk-esque jeans ◎, tan-brown sneakers ◎ and two women snap hair clips ◎. Other identifiers: Scars covering torso, Upper incisors diastema (gap between prominant incisors).
Subject has the ability to jump yet no idea how to control it, trigger unknown. Suspected to be sudden jolts including sneezing, becoming startled and ejaculation. Has refused multiple times to join Haeven or any time travel organization. making subject a class B wanted. Others quirks and powers unknown.
All jumps are untracked, he is reckless and unstable. Normally calm and approachable, subject will flee/ become violent if recognizes personnel as an agent.
Subject is heavily mentally unstable and slightly unhinged. Causes unknown, believed to suffer from satyriasis disorder (satyromania). Making the subject more skittish and on edge than most. Other conditions undiagnosed. Agents who have had contact with him have reported that despite his outwardly nervous front, he is rather cocky and, to quote “chill” until provoked.

Subject must be contained alive, attempting to terminate will result in failure, giving subject more chance to escape. Despite the condition of subjects body, upon point of death subjects body fades and subject appears within 10 square meters of bodys previous location, unharmed. Suspected to be a variation of primary ability.
