Cosmo The Raging Celestial

Noteworthy Transformation(s):


Humanity restored:
   This transformation is something that the celstial anomaly itself has come up with to ensure that Cosmo doesn't go crazy from being an odd anomaly that has no actual body, but exists nonetheless. Concentrating the energy from the power Cosmic, the power Cosmic reforms cosmos body from before he was forcefully snatched from his human life. Cosmo will no longer look like a starry space being, but his powers will be nullified. He will still stay the height of 5'11", his hair will go back to jet black(but since, in reality, Cosmo is still this space anomaly there will be small translucent purple waves that move across his hair and his hair will always seem wavy as if it's always under water.), his skin will be caucasian white, his eyes will be a dark hazel brown in the iris and it will look as if it were practically black.(the same anomaly that goes on cosmos hair will be in his eyes as well but even more noticeable if even glanced at.) This will replace the usual pure bright white light that is surrounded by a purple outline that makes up his real eyes. He will still be fairly slim but still lean and the same goes for his legs; because he literally never stops moving his legs, even though he (in reality) is just some space anomaly with no ACTUAL BODY, he still has his quirks from when he was human transfer over to his new "body". The power Cosmic will also give him clothes. He will wear an oversized  grey hoodie and the inside will be pitch black, he will wear black and grey basketball shorts, black and grey running sneakers, a pitch black wrist band, and black socks with no symbols. Everything on Cosmo will be symbol free except for his hoodie which will have the mark of a black hand and on each fingertip will be shining white stars. This form gives Cosmo closure that he is still technically human in the sense that he has his thoughts and feelings, but it also is riddled with hints to remind him that he is still apart of the power Cosmic and his REAL body is long gone. In order for Cosmo to reform his Cosmic form he will have to do a dragon ball like transformation, summoning all of his power to change back to the power Cosmic. Having this ability doesn't mean he CAN'T use his abilities. It just means that he cant use them at their full potential like he usually does.(This is his most used transformation. It's used every single day if he has the time and if the situation is right. Also, this part is entirely in bold because apparently people just skim over it. I put it in all bold to make it seem more important and to pop out more.)

Fire God Cosmo:
   This transformation is a mix of the ability "Super Equilibrium" and "Mu Cephei". Cosmo takes on the physical form of the "Mu Cephei" transformation. Meaning his entire body suddenly changing into this bright anomaly that looks like a human shaped blue sun; and it combines that ability with the full power of the "Super Equilibrium". This transformation is held above all the other techniques, transformation, and abilities because as far as Cosmo has fought; THIS transformation is what a strong enough opponent who challenges him pushes him to(which is extremely rare). A bright Neon blue electricity sparks to life all around cosmos already bright body making it look like solar flares that the solar systems sun shoots out. Just like the solar flares that the sun shows, the electricity arcs and connects to other parts of his body and will lash out to anything else that has the slightest electrical charge. Cosmos body will become just like the sun due to the heat that continues to rise because of the electricity. Each step will cause a planet to crumble at its core because of how much power that radiates off of Cosmo. His speed will stay as if he was using his base form but with the added help of the "Super Equilibrium" ability; Cosmo can now fully move one MILLION percent above the speed of light. Causing him to literally vanish from sight even though he's still standing directly in front of any person. However the drawback is that the entire planet of which he stood on will begin to rise in heat all around, including from within. It will be very slow but will eventually be noticeable when Cosmo has reached his maximum speed because not only will he seem to vanish from sight to the untrained eye but with waves of his arms he can shoot out waves of radiation(these can be directly related to the sun lashing out with solar flares), using it as a projectile weapon. This push to go further beyond what anyone thought capable was due to the fact that when Cosmo first became-- well, Cosmo; He had decided to go around and explore space now that he wasn't held back by human limitations. He eventually found something so blazingly fast that his eyes could barely hold an image, even with the help of the space anomaly; the power Cosmic. Cosmo began to work his way to become even faster than this thing which was eventually found out to be a Jupiter sized ball of gas. Yes. He tried to become faster than that ball of gas. This ability also unlocks all hibiters that Cosmo has mentally set for himself which will cause every ability, and attack, to be used at no less than 100% of their full potential. He could throw a half hearted punch and it would break a hole through the fabric of reality.(Again; this is a rarely used transformation. Only used when absolutely NEEDED.)

The Living Tribunal:
   This transformation activates when Cosmo charges up a certain amount of his energy causing him to transform in appearance and personality. The normal version of Cosmo is more human as human gets, for him. He can be unsure of attacks, feel anxiety or fear, etc. This transformation simply removes all feelings of doubt and the like. He will became completely confident and every move is a true attack that has been amplified because of this added confidence.
For example: one attack from the x1 megaton break will feel like it is a x4 megaton break attack.
Or;
A normal punch and kick would easily fling the enemy two football fields away if it was a solid hit. However, if hit with full power then the enemy WILL be launched out of the planet and into outer space.
Cosmos appearance will be mostly the same; for the most part, except he would seem to have formed a proper physical body of some kind. The body will be completely void of any human like features aside from the legs, hands, arms, fingers, head, and torso. Instead of Cosmos normal piercing gaze with his white eyes there will now be absolutely no eyes. No nostrils; etc. The body that this transformation molds into will be based off of the measurements of what Cosmo looked like before the incident that turned him into what he is now.

The Beyonder:
   The beyonder transformation causes a transformation much like the technique that Cosmo uses; the "Mu Cephei". This transformation causes Cosmo to look the very same as when the Mu Cephei technique is activated with the exception that there are no drawbacks. Nor will the planet be harmed at all by his very existence. His attacks will see an intense rise and so will all of his senses and agility. They become amplified by one thousand percent. This puts him on par with "The Beyonder" which is an extremely powerful being whose power has been unrivaled and seemingly never ending to the mortal races. His energy will be never ending as well as vitality. The armor that he uses to protect himself from blast attacks or physical attacks is simple ki. With the transformation he will lose this ki barrier and will instead have "hyper armor" which allows him to quite literally walk through attacks and continue attacks despite being attacked back, no matter the scale of attack. He will still be damaged and feel pain though, just not at it's full intended capacity.

Perfected Celestial Might:
This celestial form is when Cosmo has perfected his own celestial form. The perfected celestial form is something that, as far as history recorded, only Cosmo has been able to achieve. This form offers a more sleek, and human type form that doesn't offer as much intensity as the original celestial form. In the original form, the cosmic energy that encasses Cosmos body waves and flickers with wide waves of seemingly purple cosmic flames. This is because the form is the exact same form thats been used over the long history of the inheritors of the power cosmic, the form is beginning to show its age with Cosmos usage of it. This new perfected Celestial might is something Cosmo managed to form entirely on his own when he fought against his first foe at the age of 17, Sinistra. He forced the form into existence because of the amount of pressure that he was feeling in that very moment. He was feeling the pressure of his duties of an inheritor of the power cosmic and Sinistra was a powerful enemy at the time, and Cosmo didnt want to die and let everyone he knew down. This form offers him an awesome boost to any and all abilities under Cosmos belt, which is a wide and expanding list that only continues to grow because of his experiences. The form is still fairly new and doesn't always work in Cosmos favor, but in due time it'll be a form to possibly replace the aged original celestial form.

The Pale Celestial:
Cosmo achieved this transformation back during his second confrontation with Mr. Pale. Mr. Palw had managed to force Pale energy into Cosmo, at first it was meant to be a poison. Something that would kill Cosmo. However, Cosmo had forced himself to stay strong which allowed the celestial energy within him to attack the Pale energy, forcing it to submit to the power cosmic and turning Cosmo into the first celestial being to harness Pale energy that WASN'T killing him. This transformation keeps Cosmo in his human form, and raises his every attribute to 100%. Cosmo cannot go into any celestial form when the Pale energy is activated. So he's still limited by his human form. This form causes the power cosmic to release the Pale energy throughout Cosmos body Via his veins. This will cause Cosmos veins to be completely visible through his skin and they'll glow a bright white. Once the Pale energy is fully causing through Cosmos body an incredibly hot steam will begin to emit from Cosmos skin, if someone were to put their hand near the steam then they would get second degree burns.
(Also, seeing as Cosmo is just a mass of space energy, and the human form is just that, a FORM, he can adjust how his body is and change where things are located without repercussions. So he could make some cool designs as the Pale energy coursed through his veins.)

Noteworthy Special Techniques:

Ancestral Wrath:
   This special technique is activated when Cosmo has been damaged enough to be considered incapacitated. Cosmo will reach deep within himself, deeper than whatever humanity he has left that is helping him forge onwards. He reaches down into the starry anomaly that makes up who he is. In order for this to happen, Cosmo will be completely void of any signs that he would be alive, or at least conscious at the moment, so that the enemy would assume that Cosmo is either dead or just knocked out. It wouldn't be detectable by energy or any other means because Cosmo would have to go deep into the anomaly, practically losing himself in the thing. Once Cosmos conscious is fully submerged into the anomaly, the anomaly will actually start to show Cosmo the past users of the power Cosmic. Cosmo will be shown everything that everyone has been through, their struggles, their victories and their losses; It would show the current inheritor of the power Cosmic the truth as to why he was chosen and why he is being shown all of the past inheritors. Once Cosmo is fully Informed, he will unlock a temporary light form of the "Fire God Cosmo" form. The actual form is when Cosmo has fully mastered the power Cosmic. This technique is only a temporary power up, like an adrenaline rush. This will make his power shoot up wildly(an overall power boost) and the form will change from somewhat human to something that grows increasingly inhuman; This technique will only last for four posts.

Mu Cephei:
   This technique only activates when Cosmo is overcome by a strong emotion, something that he strongly sets his mind to. This ability forces him to abandon his physical form and take a form that is many times more powerful than what he was before. To others it would seem like someone cut a piece of the sun, formed it into a human shape and gave it life. The drawback, however, is immense. The drawback is that he will be die as soon as he powers down and unless he wants to harm everyone on earth he will have no choice but to power down. This is because to get to that point in his technique he has to literally abandon all hope of a life after this specific fight that he used the technique on. There's no way around this unless someone else is willing to give him their years that they have left, or if they are so skilled, offer him the years back due to whatever magicks, etc, may be available at the time.

Celestial Break:
   This technique is activated when Cosmo is overcome by EXTREME negative emotions. It clouds his mind and causes him nothing but pain. This ability is the same as the technique stated above this one, except after it is used Cosmo will no longer be able to use his powers for the rest of his life. This will cause Cosmo to inevitably give up the form given to him by the power cosmos; not of his own will most likely. Meaning that the Cosmic anomaly that took in his human body will summon it back and form Cosmo whole once again. He will then have to live his life as a human being. It isn't a definite thing that the power Cosmic will reform Cosmos body. If used up for too long then Cosmo will simply fade away from existence, his consciousness slowly fading into darkness. The form is meant to represent the ending of cosmos story, or the inevitably that he won't be the same after the use of this transformation; which is why it looks odder than the others with the Halo above his head, the neon red piercing eyes,  and large orange wings.

(The drawbacks to these transformations only apply to certain events. I'm obviously not gonna have my character die over trying to do a transformation. That aside, Cosmo uses these abilities in moderation and with care. Meaning if he were to use the transformation: "Mu Cephi". Then he will use a slightly weaker version of that transformation and those drawbacks will only count until he uses these transformations over their maximum intended usage. If this needs further explanation then by all means, ask and ill try to answer as best as I can.)

Noteworthy Abilities:

Absolute Freeze:
   With this ability Cosmo is able to summon the freezing temperature of absolute zero.(which is 459.67°f/ 273.15°c) at this temperature even atoms stop moving. Absolute zero is the lowest possible temperature where nothing could be colder and no heat energy remains in a substance. Absolute zero is the point at which the fundamental particles of nature have minimal vibrational motion, retaining only quantum mechanical, zero-point energy-induced particle motion. Cosmo summons this temperature and coats his entire left and right arms in this absolute zero temperature. If a hit were to land it would begin to slowly freeze the entire body of the person that Cosmo had punched. Even a small scrape would prove fatal and it would barley be noticeable since it expands at an extremely slow rate. However, the feeling of having even a small piece of this power on the body would be like having needles continuously exit and enter the spot which had been touched. Cosmo could use this as a projectile weapon as well that would be shot out of his palm or fingertips. If shot from the palm then it would be shot out in a large burst that looks like grey clouds that expand 30 inches as it goes further away from Cosmos palm. If shot from his fingertips, the Absolute freeze would instead be shot out as solids in the form of sharp icicles that move at 344 m/s (1238 km/h or 770 mph). Even if they manage to get caught on something like a piece of armor, they would begin to freeze the piece of armor at a faster rate than the gas version of the ability and will shatter on it's own. The same would be applied to the body. The weird thing about the icicles is that it will never go through objects. Instead it will automatically stop as soon as the icicles tip has made contact therefore launching the target back or completely taking off a limb or it will annihilate your bones. The tip that's inside the body WILL freeze faster, freezing the body from the inside out unless countered.

Super Equilibrium:
   This ability is when a heat of 7.2 trillion degrees Fahrenheit is summoned all around Cosmos body in the form of orange electricity. This ability can be used to ward off minor attacks like small blasts of energy. It also offers a nice shock like an electric fence to those that land punches. It can also be molded by Cosmo and can be used as a lightning whip that he will be able to have full control over or use them as blast attacks that will shoot out at the speed of a microsecond. He can also charge up all the electricity that surrounds his body into one attack that will be amplified by the strength of two megatons. Meaning that if the attack is blocked, or doesn't hit it will still have a massive impact on the battlefield or maybe the target. However it doesn't always have to be followed by that strength. It can be followed by a kiloton instead. (Kiloton:1,000 tons./ Megaton: 1,000,000 tons) This ability also Grant's him the fastest speed known as "Blazing Speed". This causes Cosmo to be able to move at 99.9 percent the speed of light.

Celestial Dragon Fist Explosion:
   This attack is when Cosmo is surrounded by ki that isn't his usual ki color (which is a bright purple, different from the outline of his body which fades perfectly with the ki that leaks out of his body at times when he loses concentration.) The ki, instead of being the color described; will be replaced by a blindingly bright gold flame that outlines a white inner layer of ki that surrounds Cosmo. The ki will shoot out to an extraordinary size that can be seen from miles away and it will take shape of a dragon's head that will lash out at the enemy and roar before the entirety of the ki will be consumed by Cosmo, to the time the dragon had showed itself to the time Cosmo will consume the entirety of the ki, it will be exactly two seconds. With the ki now burning inside of Cosmo he has the choice of shooting out a giant golden dragon that leaves behind a trail of flames spanning three miles from his fists which will connect by the second knuckle on each closed finger. Or he can combo it with an attack that, if landed will definitely break the targets stamina, and Cosmo will punch the enemy. The enemy with the added strength of a x5 megaton punch will send the enemy flying and the golden dragon following the enemy mid-flight eventually consuming the enemy whole burning them with a heat ranging to a maximum of 1,500,000°C. This will last only five seconds. Enough time to have Cosmo ready for another attack. (The length and size of the dragon depends on what the target size is.)

Gigantic Rage:
   This ability Grant's Cosmo the ability to grow to a height that shouldn't be able to be supported by any means whatsoever.  However, since Cosmo is a mass of Cosmic energy; the radiation within him can grow to a degree that'll allow him to grow as big as the being named "Eternity". Eternity is an entity in which LITERALLY everything exists. There are versions of eternity that exist in EVERY galaxy or multiverse, etc. Within him is everything, even the passage of time from what is and what will be. If you look at him( if you were to be so lucky) you'll be able to see rogue planets and galaxies. The being named Eternity literally embodies everything. Cosmo can grow up to scale to one of these smaller eternities and will be able to hold the very galaxy in his hands. However, this ability puts great stress upon his very existence and when he inevitably shrinks back to size it's not guaranteed that he'll shrink back on the same planet that he was on. He could potentially be lost in nothingness. So because of this, he has never used it unless he needed to.

Dying star:
   This ability gives Cosmo the power to teleport. By doing this his entire body turns grey, as if losing all life and having every ounce of power sapped out of him, and he will literally turn into a ball of glitter that would sprout from where the outline that is left where he was, emerging full of color. Unbenounced to the enemy, all of his power would be compacted and stored into the glitter that seems to be as harmless as the grass they stand on. However, since Cosmo is still very much alive. He can use the glitter to attack the enemy only once and after that he will appear somewhere else. There is no max range seeing as he has no actual physical body to worry about. However he doesn't like turning into fricken glitter and just floating away so he will only use it if he has to and for a short amount of time. He will reform within seconds of the ability being used.

Neutron Star Collision or Godly Display:
This is used when Cosmo has broken the enemies stamina. When this happens, Cosmo will release a combo of punches and kicks that are strengthened by the "megaton break" technique and will launch the enemy back with a solid stomach punch. He will then raise his hand skyward, most likely striking a fabulous pose, and he will force neutrons to collide together into a strongly compressed form that grows from the palm of his hand into a bright blue ball that grows up to eighteen(18) miles. He will then toss the ball towards the enemy, when it reaches the enemy it won't automatically explode on impact. It will first damage the enemy and THEN explode into a grand and beautiful explosion.

Gamma Ray flash:
This ability is basically Cosmos own version of a Kamehameha, though it's obviously more powerful due to the fact that a gamma ray burst, just a small burst, like a flash that can last up to ten milliseconds to several hours, is considered THE most powerful explosion in the universe. A gamma ray burst holds the same amount of energy in ten trillion billion megaton bombs. Megaton bursts are also shooting out mass amounts of high-energy radiation. Cosmo performs this move the same way Goku would, except he'd make sure that no one got confused about the two moves by making sure to elaborate by screaming: "---TOTALLY NOT A KAMEHAMEHAA-!" Cosmo can also control how powerful these bursts are. They can range from harmless beams of light that can pop popcorn to a solar system erasing beam of pure energy.

Noteworthy Special traits:
( Because of the events that transpired and amplified his abilities with the power cosmic; he has an accelerated healing factor. He has amplified stamina and ki. He is like an olympian in his base form, as an overall comparison. Due to his intense training with the power cosmic, Cosmo has achieved abilities that have massive effects to the area surrounding him. Two of these major abilities are due to his immense strength.)

Cosmic Flash:
   this is when Cosmo summons his strength and bursts forth in the speed of light. Once he begins his body would seem to turn grey and slowly vanish, which will then be followed by a loud crackling noise that could cause any normal person to become deaf and will then be followed by a blast that could be related to an atomic bomb explosion. This Grant's his speed boost the ability to move at the speed of an attosecond which makes even light stand completely still.  

Megaton Break:
   This is when Cosmo summons his strength again and he punches his opponent with the strength of a megaton (One megaton= One Million Tons of TNT) which can be multiplied up to one hundred times. This can be mixed with the ability explained above to add more power to the punch. However the speed will not be as great, but still immense. To a normal being and in detail: Before the punch even reaches the face of the opponent; the skin, muscle and bone that makes up the human being, nerves and all, Will be completely erased because of the speed; this would be because the speed heats up the area around Cosmo to an extreme degree to the point that not even ash would remain.

-These are due to the traits given to him once he powers up to a point that his power is so immense that he has no choice but to abandon his "physical" form; they then simply become normal traits at some point in his life while training all those times, all those years ago. (Despite Cosmo only being some floating, living entity imbued with the power cosmic; his body can still be touched, punched, kicked, etc.)-

Summarized Biography:
   Cosmo was a normal human being, once upon a time. He was an astronaut that would go to and from space to make trips to satellites so that he can fix them up or to perform check ups. One fateful day, he was finishing up on a check up on one of the satellites that orbit the earth. Unknown to him there was a large mass of debris that was coming at him at dangerous speeds. He was just about done and about to head back into his ship until the debris rained hell upon him. His human body was absolutely obliterated and tossed far from his ship, and upon seeing the earth slowly move away and his vision was slowly fading as he lost all feeling in his body he was overcome by an unexpected feeling of calmness. Nothing but serenity befell him. He looked down at his mangled hand and noticed that there was something that seemed to shimmer on his hand. It wasn't blood, it was pitch black and had white objects that shined gorgeously and delicately danced upon the black substance. Upon closing his eyes for what he thought would be the very last time he suddenly shot his eyes open, the black substance was inside of his helmet and he could feel it encompassing his entire body as well as feel his body be picked apart and erased, it was a strange feeling, it wasn't painful but it didn't alarm him either. He was kept calm by the anomaly that had finally reached his brain and calmed him down as his body was absorbed into the anomaly. The being that was once human was now the being known as Cosmo. No longer with the body of a human. Only with one that holds the outline of his former self.
