Breeds

  • Famebloods

    Famebloods

    Famebloods are the most admired of the brood breeds as they mostly resemble the Fames themselves;
    they often exhibit their decorative, multicolored scaling in larger patches and are the only breed to sport facial and crown spikes. To most, this is seen as more desirable among the breeds. Famebloods are often pampered and guided towards the tamer classes though they are never forced to do anything they're opposed to.

  • Hallows

    Hallows

    Hallows are the most common breed hatched from within the brood.
    They are moderately sized ( smaller than Famebloods but larger than Runts ) and have wings that are often (but not always) capable of flight. Their muscles contain more fibrous connections than the other breeds, and their spikes grow the largest, rendering them the strongest (and most physically dangerous) draegjin breed. Hallows are the first choice of recruitment for the Hallowhall Armada and are often guided in direction of classes requiring more physical labor and strength.

  • Runts

    Runts are the weakest breed of draegjin as they are the shortest and smallest of the brood and are often unable to naturally reproduce. Upon hatching, all runts are immediately sent to the Terrarium to be raised as servants for the greater breeds.

    It is seen as a great sin on Hallowhall for firespotted runts to reproduce at all as it pollutes the image of the Fames and defies the gift of life that Hallrin gave to the outcasts under Manara's plead. This is a taboo and forbidden act punishable by death to all involved.

    If so, it is much delayed.
    >> Flightless (useless) wings. (Or None at All)
    >> Spikes are always small.
