Conrad Eckart

Conrad Eckart is a reserved, stern, no-nonsense man with few close friends. His private life is kept just that, private. He can act quite pleasant around other people, but can be very cruel to those he believes are beneath him.

Small Town

Conrad is an officer in a cramped and dirty town crawling with horrible sinners, including the corrupt sheriff who runs the place.

Looking for Trouble

Officer Conrad Eckart stalks through the dark streets the buttons of his uniform glint in the light of the street lamps. Eckart scans the darkness for any movement, any unsuspecting vagrant he could arrest and drag behind the guard tower to use and abuse. But this night all is silent. With frustration that his prey eludes him this night, the officer follows a side street and heads for the blood-drenched underbelly of the town. If he can't find a helpless innocent to frame for a crime or prey upon he'll dig up a real criminal to play with or maybe one of them will find him.

Solider

Conrad Eckart is a rank-and-file soldier who had to grow up too fast and was hardened by battle. He is a twisted and cruel man and his fellow soldiers shun him for his wickedness. However, his cold cruelty has won him a promotion or two for helping turn the tide in battle on more than one occasion, which makes serving with him all the more loathsome for the men he now commands. He closely watches the men that serve under him in more than one sense, to halt any revolt against him before it can start.

Dirty Cop

Officer Eckart is a baby-faced man on the police force and is often looked down upon by the other more experienced officers he works with. Most of the time Eckart seems like a strict no-nonsense fellow who follows the rules and firmly insists others do the same. The criminals he takes into custody know a different crueler side of him.

Rumors among the seedy underbelly of the town say that 'Connie' is intimately involved with Ugly Jim, one of the big bosses, who to quote the same questionable sources, "Connie lets Jim pound his tight ass any time he wants." It is not known if the rumor is true but several gang leaders have boasted that they had dominated 'Connie' and used him like a cheap slut on a regular basis. Giacomo "Jim" Giannino, better known as Ugly Jim, has admitted to knowing of 'Connie', but has never given any public comment on what their relationship is or if there is one. Officer Eckart, himself, has not made any public comment about the rumor, but he has looked quite irate whenever a fellow officer brings it up after interviewing the gang bosses. The other men on the force assume there must be some grain of truth to the rumor for talk of it to always upset Eckart so strongly. A few younger members of the team have offered the idea that Eckart may be involved with a woman in a gang, it always takes them a little while to figure out why everyone else laughs at that idea.
