    Reginald can be a bit of a complicated person, one second goofy and childish and the next serious and ready to threaten you. Generally he prefers to live as the former, more laid back and fun loving, but even he knows life has moments where you can't goof around. Very selfish at times, he prefer to gets his way on matters and may throw a little fit when he doesn't get that. Sometimes he struggles with seeing others as more than obstacles, making him dangerous as he feels less guilty for using his abilities to push people. Despite his sinister moments, he can be a good guy that will help out for the heck of it.
