  Background/info:
  From the very beginning, Mamoru became his brothers protector. Although he was born healthy, he was almost born incomplete as his brother Nobuyuki almost didn't make it from his mothers womb. It was immediate, the connection between the twins. They did everything together, even as babies not being able to eat or sleep without the other within arms reach. Living with their father, traveling and hunting to live, Mamoru was always watching over his 'little' brother, always making sure he was ok and even slipping him some of his portions when they found food.
  
  It was a hard beginning to life, but it built him up to be who he is today. When they entered the kirins kingdom, with his father, he started The Scales of Veseria. It was a force to go along side The Guardian Forces to help with the protection and order of the kingdom. Although not the main force, the Dragoons would help with more civil issues, alongside some of the Lyricai forces like a police force, only using their strengths in battle when needed. Mamoru grew stronger, training almost daily and soon earned the spot next to his father, leading the Dragoons in the kingdom as his second in command.
  
  When he had been escorting his brother to a diplomatic meeting outside the kingdom, that was when they had received news of the fall. They rushed back, only to find the kingdom overrun and destroyed. Thankfully though, they were able to find their father not long later, escaping from the realm to live until they could find any news on the kingdom afterwards.
  
  As they settled into the new realm, Mamoru got a job as a metal worker/blacksmith. He enjoys making weapons, but also is handy with a wide variety of metal working including structural work and sometimes body work for various objects. On his days off, the male will often be found in his workshop in the house, creating different weapons. More often than not, he is making blades for his father for his work.
