Baby faced but none of the usual tropes that come with his vampirism, he treats the incurable disease exactly as such - just a handicap to work around. Tav works the night shifts at a studio downtown, covers up if he needs to go out during the day - not that there's much need, what with delivery apps and the internet to cater to the agoraphobic, introverted types. Not that he's either, but good excuses to hide the truth, really. Doesn't pretend to be something he isn't, won't lie about what he is, Tav is very likely to get scoffed or eye rolls - just another eccentric drugged out college kid, yeah? Nothing slides off the tongue easier than honesty - except for blood.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxcurrently, he's aware that he's able to shift between smoke, snakes, owl, raven, fog, bats, and spiders.
shape-changing is as easy as pulling on a jacket for him; if inebriated it'll be a bit harder to switch, a bit like fumbling to get arms in the sleeves. hunger is also a factor with this.
as for glamouring others, he struggles to want to use any influence on another, and would rather not. sometimes, though, using the jedi mind tricks to lock up memories doesn't seem a bad idea - if only to keep him or his friends out of trouble. or customers from getting ink they'll truly hate.
Enhanced Senses
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxhe's fairly young for a vampire, only eighty years so far as one, so his senses aren't as acute as they could be. he can pick up on spirits and ghosts but not the details of them if they're not trying to be seen, can guess with a high accuracy if someone is a magical being, but for the most part he doesn't try to tell people apart.
as for his five senses, they are amplified in a way that is sometimes distracting, especially when near living creatures and spilled blood. doesn't have a very strong hold on his hunger, which makes his a bit touchy and jumpy unless he's given control through consent. knowing he's being trusted not to go too far is what keeps him from doing so.
he does have faster speed and a heightened strength, but he doesn't tap into it enough to know his limits.Quirks
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxtav has adapted the quirk of hair color shifting with his moods, which means he has to focus to keep the dark neutral shade on. so far he's decided that happiness is shades of yellow, hunger and anger red, sadness blue...he hasn't exactly found out what shades mean what, even after decades.
the vampire has also picked up on the ability to survive in sunlight with a bit of sunscreen or strategic layering, and the ink around his neck is done with a solution that keeps him catching smoke if he manages to catch glimpses. it's not long lasting, but enough to give him time if he finds himself unlucky. in most situations.
