    Vertically challenged; barely 143 cm. Slim and hollow-boned; weighs next to nothing. Sleek, pale-blue gossamer wings. A thin scar on the right side of his throat.     		⇀ STRENGTHS:
    Well-read. Intelligent, but largely underestimated. A skilled archer, though he rarely has the chance to practice. Resilient. Adaptable. Can usually think his way out of a tight spot.

    Stubborn. Hard-headed. Not the strongest flyer. Holder of grudges. A little on the clumsy side. Not very adept at controlling his emotions.




    A refugee from the fallen Tirnanoc whose family was lost to the Pact, Lyra has lived in the Burgue for six years, in a lodging house near the edge of Carnival Row. Once a skilled dressmaker in his homeland, he now gets by on a nightly wage from the Three Bells, a Man-owned pub where he waits tables. As his options for employment are severely limited, he works for less pay than the human employees, relying mostly on tips to make rent. He supplements his income by moonlighting as a courier for the Night Guild, a small-time crime syndicate that manufactures narcotics and markets them to humans in Finistere Crossing.

    Lyra is the most recent victim of a brutal killer who operates in the Row, known for killing and shearing the wings of unfortunate fae who cross his path. Having narrowly escaped with bruises and a shallow slash to the side of his throat, his report was promptly dismissed by Burgue law enforcement, who deemed the account unreliable, as there were no other witnesses to the attack. Disillusioned by the ordeal, Lyra has tried his utmost to put the gruesome business behind him, though he remains wary and unconvinced of the scrupulousness of human authority.
