Living most of his young life on the move with his mother, Kiriel took to a traveler’s life. Constantly taking jobs and tasks that paid enough to get them through the day. Trained in the life style his mother once had trained in, he soon found himself picking up what people called "monk" like traits. He however has never lived in a monastery. After the fall of one of his soul siblings he came to own his own plot of 'hard to live on land' (a planet really but its not as cliche or op as it sounds). When not attempting to repair the land he now owns, he may be found exploring the verses in search of supplies, allies or new knowlege for personal growth.

Kiriel, much like his twin brother Exar, is the outcome of a crossbreeding agreement between a dragon (Saulong) and a Day walker (Vailen). Although the crossbreeding was unconventional via taking fragments of the parent souls to shape the children, DNA and blood samples were also involved in making the hatchlings come physical to life.

He later obtained new additions to his scar pool after a lovely hug encounter with Deborah the resident frost spider in Rusty moon, and another along his shoulders from Jeff the birb. More recently he adorns a fading scar in his right palm where the stone that now makes his necklace was once embedded.

Although at first glance Kiriel may come off as a strange sight, and somewhat intimidating, he is cheerful, Sarcastic and quite the jokester. He enjoys long conversations even if he doesn't say much or anything at all really. He is very goal oriented and does his best to maintain a positive outlook on life, although as years pass that tends to get harder. The hybrid struggles with the internal turmoil of his clashing natured and weighing responsibilities. Although he may seem to like to mingle about with people, the man Thrives in solitude or groups of small numbers. Primarily an introvert, he sometimes needs can be seen completely cutting himself off from people in order to recharge his social battery
Because of this: making and building long lasting friendships come at a very difficult price. Not always understanding that others may need emotional or mental support due to his upbringing, Kiriel can easily offend or come off as harsh when certain problems arise. Being a primarily logical thinker, he looks for solutions and puzzle pieces before taking other emotions into consideration. However, in off chance that Kiriel does build a bond with a person, the hybrid will hold outmost loyalty to his friend, so much so that he would stand in front of incoming fire if needed. ★Adapting/Settling
Making the best of what he has, Kiriel is quick to adapt to new environments, most times against his wishes. Adaptation being both physical, gearing or de gearing, to attitude and behavior. If in a cold environment, he will gain extra insulation/fat in attempt to keep warm. If in a warm environment, he will shed it and become darker in color to better shield from the suns rays.

★Thermal/Colored Vision
Due to his predatory feats, he is well capable of noting the slightest of temperature changes within an individual's person. Most changes caused by mood shifts, sickness or even outside forces. Thankfully, due to his father's side, Kiriel can also revert to colored vision. Unfortunately, colored vision tires his eyes out, thus he typically sits with thermal. An easy way to know which version of vision he is using is by looking at the Sclera. If it is white, it is colored vision. If it is black (as it usually is) it is thermal.

★Navigation:
Learning out of Necessity due to the constant peril of being dragged wherever his mom went, Kiriel always took it upon herself to the primary responsibility as to be aware of his position. Although constellations vary from world to world, they are the most reliable and constant factor in most ever-changing realms. If you know the stars, you know where you are.

He is no expert, but due to past hours of mindless traveling and no other entertainment than books riddles and puzzles, Kiriel has grown a fondness and almost self-competitive behavior when it comes to them. Always challenging his mind and at times body in order to rearrange, mix and put together the Pieces.

Able to recognize and follow animals through their tracks, signs, and trails. (This may include tracks, scat, feathers, kills, scratching posts, trails, drag marks, sounds, scents, marking posts, the behavior of other animals, habitat cues, and any other clues about the identity and whereabouts of the creature.)Thanks to natural and years of forced practiced ability, he is able to make educated predictions about the creatures he hunts.

★Cooking
Being part Day walker, a human part still lingers about him. Growing tired of blood and raw meat meals, He took advantage of his travels to learn and indulge in culinary wonders. He is no expert and should not be expected to make a seven-course meal, however he knows how to make rice that's cooked all the way.

Fluent in Draconic, and Spanish, Orcish, Tiefling, Kiriel has fallen out of practice with Celestial elf (his uncle's language) and Dwarven (his god father's language). Likewise, due to an extended period of solitude without civil interaction, Kiriel's "common"(English) is shitty at best. He understands it, but his accent is thick, and his words not always correct. Sign language being the final and most prominent in use. Kiriel found himself using the hand language of the mute and deaf after his mother's extensive injuries prevented her from vocal or mental communications. Now a days he can be seen replying to someone's words through signs instead of speaking. Kiriel is mainly Non-Verbal.

Being born in a tropical island and constant time sticking to roaming around large bodies of water, Kiriel has grown to be a skilled swimmer. With the aid of a second eyelid, clear of view, he can have vision under water. Likewise equipped with a strong versatile tail, He is able to cross long distances in short spans. He can reach a 40mph swimming speed. His diving dept so far has been capped at 85ft, and ability to hold his breath at 30 minutes without strenuous work. (These caps should not be considered his norm)

★Combat Medic
Being dragged along from realm to realm to fight battles and lend help to many of the Infernum allies, yet choosing to follow a life of medicine, Kiriel was often tasked and seen as a Combat Medic. This type of Health Care Specialist is primarily responsible for providing emergency medical treatment, limited primary care, and health protection and evacuation from a point of injury or illness. Health Care Specialists are often called "combat medics" or “trauma doctors” (at times the term healer is exchanged for doctor or medic. A tiny change yet a huge pet peeve for Kiriel to be called so.) in various realms because some medics are assigned to deploy with Army combat units and provide emergency medical treatment directly in combat zones. Other times Kiriel has been assigned to military hospitals and clinics to assist doctors and nurses with the health care needs of fallen/ injured warriors. In battle, Kiriel is one of the guys in a warrior unit that may not be the best swordsman, and in some cases may not swing a single blade in a combat situation,(he prefers using his talons) but he is the one who is dodging arrows, projectile shrapnel, and explosives magic casts to save a fellow member of his unit. Commonly traveling with the standard kit of medical supplies; in Kiriel’s case, a silk bound bamboo box. Although seasoned in his chosen craft, Kiriel is still haunted by the things he has seen, and the lives he saved, many of which were innocent bystanders caught in the ego driven warrior bloodlust.

★Electricity
It is fucking hurts.

★Magic:
Unlike his twin brother, Kiriel does not have a natural ability for magic. Because of this Kiriel does his best to avoid encounter or attacks from magic users as they can be quite hazardous.

★Alcohol
Kiriel is not much of a drinker. Valuing taste over sensation, the young man does not like the mind-altering effects of the beverage let alone the seemingly physical drawbacks of being intoxicated. Because of his lack of practice, he is lightweight and cannot drink excessively.

★Cold weather
Brumation: Because of where he currently lives, most wouldn't consider this to be an issue. Unfortunately, Kiriel was born on a tropical island and is not able to much handle freezing temperatures for an extended amount of time. He does his best to keep himself in well insulated institutions where below freezing temperatures are present; as well as staying active during those times, however he often feels weak and sluggish in said situations. If exposed for two long, his body will begin to shut down and he will go into a hibernation stasis in attempt to self-preserve. When in extreamly high temperatures, aestivation may be observed.

★Bread:
The simple man’s substance, one of the simplest forms of cooked foods and firsts things he ever ate. Kiriel finds the smell and softness of fresh bread to be one of the most delicious things. Often pairing it with a thick stew or simply munching away on its own. Specially he finds sweetened pastries to be amazing such as conchas.

★Bathing:
As opposed to the common Trope, Dragons enjoys bathing and washing their scales, and Kiriel is no different. The cleaner he is the better he feels. Often Kiriel will soak in warm pools of water. Preferably, salt water reefs allowing the smaller fish to clean at his scales, mouth and often, wounds. An Infernum family tradition.

★Conversation:
Although Kiriel up till recently wasn’t much for talking, he has always enjoyed Conversations with various people. Be a conversation of his own or simply listening in. It helps further the common tongue understanding, as it is always changing. And like wise it helps him understand people and learn new things. He makes it a point to converse with at least three people from each land he visits, furthering his sight and views as well as exposure to different cultures.

★Singing
Just because he likes to sing, it does not mean he's any good at it. Music is one of the only pure pleasure in his family's life. The only thing that ever brought a smile to those he loves even at the darkest of times. Songs, lyrics, he feels in his soul. Now as an ode to his once very tone-deaf mother, Kiriel sings when he can. he sings very loud and off key.

★Tea
As opposed to Alcohol, tea has always had a way of helping Kiriel focus, be it through a cold or through nights of hard studying. He finds fascinated in the variety of ties and the prospect of plants flavoring and creating such a thing. More so he is awed by the medicinal properties it can have.

He loves pears. Sweet and soft, not much more to say.

★Flying
Being one of his first and fondest memories, Kiriel dreams of the days of old when he would fly and soar the skies on his mother's back. Everything just seemed so small and simple from above. Unfortunately, although half dragon, Kiriel has no wings of his own. Still he is sure there are other ways to reach those heights again.

★Dancing in the rain and playing with mud.
What can be said? Kiriel although older now, is still a child at heart. Although unlikely to see him play around on a rainy day. Specially in Rusty moon, whenever he and his brother meet up, the pair of grown reptiles will splash around in puddles.

★Reading
Literature, The most valuable form of currency in his opinion. Kiriel finds it to be priceless. Knowledge and understanding. The stories of past lives and even stories of imagination, it's all his bread and butter. Always eager to read and learn new things, Kiriel doesn't pass the opportunity for new materials.

★Traveling
Traveling is something Kiriel has done since he remembers. His mother Being a certified wanderlust, he soon took to the same trait. Finding awe and beauty in every new land he explores, Kiriel is always eager for new adventures and encounters.

★Chains:
Goes without saying, No one likes to be held against their will. Due to his nature and past mischief, he has grown a rather adamant hatred towards chains and captivity.

★Virgin Sacrifices jokes.
He's part dragon and part Day walker so obviously he wants virgin sacrifices. Kiriel finds the jokes generic and somewhat annoying. Feeding to his distaste for the once outdated and barbaric tradition, he is glad to see it slowly have come to gradually be frowned upon and forgotten. The jokes are gaining in popularity almost having him wishing the practice would return. Almost. *cough*

★Authority
Being a man raised in freedom and roaming, Kiriel dislikes authority. Being told or restricted on the things he does brings about an unreal desire to Break free and do as he pleases. This sometimes be a bad trait as he will go out of his way to do opposed to what he is 'ordered' to do simply for self-satisfaction.

★Royalty.
Not just royalty, but the air of arrogance many hold about them. The ideas of standing above others by birth name and not hard-earned right is infuriating. Even though he too is Royal by blood, He does not believe himself to be worthy to the tittle as he did not work to deserve it. His brother did. Having been mistreated by others with a "name", has left a very sour taste in his mouth.

★Magic
Kiriel was brought into the world by the hand of a warlock. And although he is thankful for the magic user that gifted him with the opportunity of life, all magic encounters after having been less than Kind. Many with magic tend to use it to stand above others in ways not easily prevented. One of said examples being his uncle Silthas. Although he loves his uncle, Kiriel does not always agree with his tactics. Not to mention, because of half his birth nature, Kiriel has been hunted by magic users for his draconic body parts. Bones, eyes, blood, drool, scales. All powerful in the hands of skilled mages.

★Healing
This is more a pride thing. A belief passed down in the Infernum family finds magical healing to be a sign of weakness and simply outright unnatural. Injuries and wounds build character. For each wound, a mistake was made. Choices to learn from and lessons in your character that help a person grow and evolve. Healing is almost like a magic eraser that negates the mistakes and lessons with them. You learn strength of mind and emotion along with patience every second your body takes to heal. And every mark should be a triumph. Every scar a celebration of learned mistakes and failed opponents whom could not better you. That being said, he has been seen putting away his pride from time to time knowing it is sometimes a necessity.

★ Fear of the dark.
Although he has thermal vision, Darkness is still quite unsettling to the half-breed.

★Resentment
Although thankful to be alive, Kiriel cannot help but feel some sort of underlying resentment towards his parents. To be orchestrated into existence in order to do their bidding. Out of their whim. Now he is forced to take up his mother's mantle with little hope of creating one of his own. None the less he is inclined to fall in line and do as he was made to do, realizing the mantle is nothing but a name. A name does not make him, his actions do... Right?

★Curiosity
Kiriel constantly wonders how his life would have been if his parents had loved each other instead of uniting out of convenience. Would he have been chosen to lead a kingdom as his brother was? Would he even exist? Thoughts such as plague his mind often.

★One or the other.
For a brief time in his childhood, Kiriel did not understand the difference between he and the other children. Constantly teased , and being called ugly, scary or stupid, it wasn't until he got older that he realized it was not their or his own fault. Just ignorance. Because of this, he does his best to not fall into the same ignorance.

★Beard?
Kiriel has always wanted to grow out his beard to hide his relative smooth face. Every time he tries, he gets too itchy and end up shaving it off.

★Kiriel is half Day walker Meaning he ages yet his aging process slows down exponentially as he physically matures, soon he will seize to age. That being said, because he is a half breed it is speculated that he may be partially immortal. Meaning he will live on unless he grows sick or subsequently is killed.

★Being a half breed conceived out of the traditional method of mating, Kiriel is not the usual dragonborn. His physic resembling that of a Satir, it can be observed that from the waist up he is human like. Although scales still line his skin, the reptilian attributes can be seen from the waist down through his inverted legs. Talons at his feet and a strong tail that hangs behind him. Not to mention his four-digit hands (four fingers) and four toed talons.

★Although his diet consists mainly on Meat and cooked meals, Kiriel has been observed partaking in drinking blood. An action often referred to as opportunistic Hymatophagy. Unlike his father, he only gets partial vitamins/nutrition from ingesting blood, and it cannot be used as a long term nutritional supliment.

★Beeing an opportunistic Hymatiphian(?), The man's Saliva, unlike his blood, may be considered Medicinal. Holding an glycoprotein similar to Draculin, his saliva has been observed to have a analgesic nature. Although a bite from the hybrid may momentarily sting, his saliva works as a palliative that numbs the pained area while also also preventing blood cloths from forming often times this can cause victims or prey to excessively bleed. (In some cases bleeding out depending on the gravity of the bite and lack of pain reception. )

★As opposed to the rest of his family, Kiriel is not a fighter. Instead he is pacifist often choosing to take blows instead of dealing them. This has landed him various injuries yet saved him from severe situations. Now him preferring not to fight should not be taken as 'he doesn't know how to'; If the situation absolutely mandates it, he will throw hands.

★Kiriel can Hold his bread for 30 minutes when swimming.

★Kiriel is mainly primal. Meaning he follows old animal like traditions such as claiming land and setting various musk markers around it. From scent to claw marks and scale shavings. An old way to keep other primal beings away from his denning area.

★ Ambrosia-Majah
An unlikely friendship at first. Having a rocky start after Kiriel dragged the Two souled woman's body out of a freezing lake, and visually traumatized her with a careless slip of his tempter, he'd soon find himself on opposing circumstances. Him being saved by her...err them. Although Ambrosia was kind to him, even past his nasty attitude and reclusive behavior, he found comfort in Maja, the wolf within the woman. With the two, he feels unrestricted.

★Jordën, the cattle herder
A strange Dane whom did not care Kiriel was different, as long as he was useful. The two embarked on a strange friendship that soon developed into a deeper bond. Jordën perished during a raid the day Kiriel was to leave Idein. Kiriel blames himself for not being there to fight and die with him.

★ The vampire of Idein
A strange childlike apparition that seemed to follow him whenever he ventured into the dark forests. Although strange at first the two eventually became friends through their adoration for flowers and bird watching. He hopes to see her again.

★The mule
Ok so technically they aren't friends yet. This is a mule with twisted legs. Kiriel forced a farmer to sell him. He hopes it will grow to be a fine traveling companion.

★ Isolde, The bat with a death wish.
The fallen queen from a world called Ikkesis, Kiriel had the chance to meet this very stubborn, annoying, Duty bound woman. Although her mere presence is more irritating than a tick between his toe scales, She has tolerable moments.

Family
★Vailen Nightfang
Vailen is Kiriel's birth father. Although he did not grow or was raised by him, Kiriel is very fond of his father. Choosing to put side his absence both his and his brother's life until they were of age to be separated, Kiriel had don't his best to understand and make his encounters with his king of a father pleasant ones.

★Saulong Infernum
Saulong is Kiriel's mother and name sake. The one who's soul was literally split to give him life. Being raised by the silent stoic dragon, Kiriel found his childhood quite unconventional. From the moment he could stand, although loved immensely, he was trained and molded by his mother to carry on the Infernum, a warrior family name. Finding often he disappointed her with his pacifist ways, Kiriel would go above and beyond to do his best and please his mother's wishes. After a while she realized he would never be the warrior she wanted. After a very long and unexpected conversation once he came of age, she eased on his training and urged him to pursue a life and passion he wanted, as long as he followed other family traditions. Through this their bond was fortified. Kiriel loves his mother greatly and is proud to someday hold the mantle she once did.

★Exar Nightfang
Kiriel's older Twin brother by a crack. Literally Exar’s egg cracked first. Both born the same day, the two hold much resemblance to each other and their parents. Although literal fragments of their parents, the two share an almost unnatural connection to each other. Even when separated through world's and realms, they are always connected. Kiriel's childhood was had with his brother, whom was versed in magic. They were inseparable until they came of age. Once the choosing was done and the plague set ablaze through the kingdom, the two were separated by their parents. Kiriel still sees his brother occasionally. After Gareth fell, Exar had to go find a new way to his life. It's believed he is somewhere south running a band of bandits. He's so proud of him.

Because of his Past trade as a field Medic, Kiriel did not always have the capability to carry weaponry with him as his pack and inventory was often taken over with medical supplies. Because he practiced medicine in the middle of battle zones he opted for a less fancy yet just as efficient form of self defense, Krag Maga. Krav Maga is a tactical mixed-martial art/combative and self-defense system that combines boxing, judo, jujitsu, aikido, muay Thai and Wing Chun. The primary goal in Krav Maga is to neutralize your threat as quickly as possible. This overarching goal governs all the other principles of Krav Maga. Because your aim is to dominate and incapacitate your attacker as soon as possible, pretty much anything goes in Krav Maga. You can’t worry about fighting etiquette when your life is on the line. You do whatever you have to do to preserve your life. Keep it simple. There aren’t katas or patterns in Krav Maga. Just strikes, holds, and blocks. ★Dragon-Fire
Yup, the usual fire spitting breath dragon Trope thing. Kiriel's fire burns at 1800 degrees Fahrenheit. The fire range can reach up to 25ft in distance when exhaled at full lung capacity. Before he spits fire, his mouth coats with an extra layer of thick salve like saliva for protection. If not careful, Kiriel can and has been known to burn his own mouth.

When fire is not necessary, Kiriel can exhale the toxic fumes that are generally ignited by a click of bones to spark at the back of his throat. A form of Hydrogen chloride. Early exposure can cause nausea, drowsiness and loss of balance. If prolonged exposure is had, this can cause burning skin and lungs, if deeply inhaled, it can cause lungs to fill with water resulting in death.

★Hyper speed and strength
It's not as cool as it sounds. Due to his father's side, Kiriel can run at a top speed of 75mph when running on two legs, and can reach 100mph speeds on four legs as he favors the added valance and mobility. His running distance however is never that far. Only able to Run at top speed for 30 minutes at most before risking wear and tear of his muscles.

★Strength
He is a hybrid. Although his mother is a large oversized lizard, his father is still a small humanoid man. Thus, Kiriel was gifted with strength that surpasses most humans, but is barely enough to feel like a poke to a dragon. Kiriel can bench press a top weight of one ton. That's all. Although impressive, it should be kept in mind that he cannot hold such weights for extended periods of time. Top speed should not be considered his norm.

A very common and often seen feature observed in the Infernum bloodline is the Toxic variables of the dragons blood. Although it is still under investigation and study by doctor Vetis Stein, a few theories have been considered, From high levels of radioactivity pent up by untapped magics or caused by it's unlikely diet. What is known however is that direct exposure to the dragons body fluid may cause a mild burning sensation depending on the skin type and sensitivity. If blood manages to get in a scratch or cut, it may cause blood poisoning to the unfortunate new host. Subjects have been seen to experience symptoms with 5-15 minutes. From the onset of tingling in the mouth and lips followed by dizziness, fatigue, headache, a constricting feeling in ones throat, difficulty speaking, tightness in his upper chest, facial flushing, shaking, nausea, and vomiting. If a larger doze than 4 oz is ingested, symptoms such as dryness of the mouth, blindness and bleeding of the gums, nail roots and genitals may manifest themseleves. Over all every subject submitted to testing has been meet with delirium by the first day, Death no longer than the third. There is no known antidote as of yet.
