Dark. Light.
The beginning of an end. An end to a beginning.
The world revolves on an axis that carefully sways with power. A power meant to be equal in nature.
Only now, in this God forsaken realm, it has tipped and churned. Twisted. Mutating those who feed off peace into creatures of eternal damnation. There is no room to quantify the element's protests, how those hidden behind the curtain laugh in rooms of sway and time. Bet and gain upon those less fortunate or those with limited lifespans. After all, what was a thousand lives, that only existed for a moment, to those with unlimited ones? That curtain begins to part, revealing the trickle of something so much greater than the sum of all. Somewhere, somehow in a ripple of a random world in a random realm. A random time and a random dwell - the curtain bares its greatest showman. A crackle of energy pools and jerks, like claws ripping the very fabric of existence apart. Then. A foot. Clawed and white as snow steps forth. A start to an end. There would be nothing left. Hopes. Dreams. Crushed upon the mighty paw of a creature that knew more than should be known. A muscled form, rippling with fur that swayed to its own tempo.
Then disruption - black as the night sky, a void of everything and nothing at once. Mixed. Crushed to the snow-like form, as though the universe itself could not decide upon a side. But one had. One who had as much right to the fate of this world as any. Destruction. Rending the flesh from bone and the souls from their ungodly forms. They had no right. No right to exist. Then, with a snarling crack and heavy smell of burning ash and ozone, the gap closes. Leaving behind a creature, nay.. a God. One that none would pray to. It's form bipedal and were in nature - ebony mixing with ivory in a strange abstract painting. Sharpened features, angular enough to cut stone, tilts down on its subjects. Only for the mass to part, revealing pointed fangs that belong to no creature less than a monster. Orbs, mixed as night and day, snap open, one oozing blackened shadow while the other blazed with infernal white energy. Then a song, a siren's call.. the start of the blood bath to follow. It calls to all, pulling from slumber to a rightful demise.
After all, none had the right.
The Balance Guardian had arrived.

What is death? A state of being, even if the mind is not present for it. But what about complete discorporation? Now that is death. Immortal, but the body can rot away.☯ F L I G H T ▪ Wings, yo. Though it doesn't really seem like those wings are just used for fancy aerial dancing.
☯ A R M O R ▪ A strange, powerful aura surrounds Laozi at all times. The mere presence of what they are can be felt by those sensitive enough. This aura seems to also negate illness and weaker, more simplistic attacks. The full extent of its limits are unknown. ☯ W E A P O N S ▪ I mean, it isn't like Laozi is a giant winged werewolf or anything. You lie. No such thing. Shh. Claws, teeth, strength. The usual - abit less dramatic than some. (Hah.. less.)

☯ V O I D ▪ Cloying, dark energy that marks Zi's nature, one that Lao uses in her steed. This strange energy seems to be warped and twisted, able to do many things while still maintaining its form. From simple parlor tricks, to total annihilation. The knicker? Anything it touches ceases to exist. Fun, right? ☯ K I I ▪ Beautiful, dancing flame of the whitest color. It burns brightest at Zi's core, a representation of Lao that she uses instead. Unlike the void energy her brother welds, this energy has the pension to create. Life always follows this outpouring, though it can be used for many purposes.

☯ R E N D ▪ Both Lao and Zi combine their unique energies into a single mass, a skill that is rarely used. The last time? An entire galaxy was destroyed. The full extent of these combined powers are unknown and possibly too destructive to fully explore. ☯ T E A R ▪ Using the combined might of both their energies focused on one single point, Laozi is able to rip across time and space to open tears in reality. This usually is used as a last measure and completely drains them of energy for an unknown amount of time.

This character is an overpowered fuck. Yes, I know.
There is a stereotype within roleplaying that you cannot successfully play a character that could be considered godly.
I plan to prove this wrong. I adapt my roleplay to those around me and most certainly can 'tune' Laozi down as needed. They are very special to me, being the only character that I have that has this unlimited aspect of the multiverse.
There are no limits with this character in terms of where and how they can go.
Never will I go against consent of anyone I role play with.
However, if this appears too daunting or simply silly to you,
I most certainly urge you to inquire about my other characters.
I would be more than willing to roleplay with them instead, if it fits your cup of tea.
