Mister 'The Silenced' Eight

Mister never remembered having any parents. Long as he remembered he always lived with all the other orphans in the Orphanage, or as everyone called it,"The shithole". No one liked it there. Food was always short supply and the water always tasted of iron, the beds were nothing more than piles of straw and a blanket, and there were always a ton of people packed in the same room.

It was hell on earth.

All the Orphans got numbers as names. Eight was what Mister had been called.

But the worst part of it was the headmistress and headmaster. Debora and Dominic. They were husband and wife and they ran the orphanage. Rotton to the core. They deserved each other.

Money was always tight, so Debora and Dominic found ways to make money, no matter how immoral or illegal. Occasionally, if they didn't like someone, an orphan might "Disappear". Mister always assumed they were sold off. How else were they making money? Not from adopting, that was for certain. No one wanted a dirty, smelly child. Due to the terrible conditions, a lot of the children, Mister included, would act out.

Mister liked to shout and scream. It let those assholes know that he was alive, and he would not be staying quiet anf letting himself die. No sir!

He was probably one of the loudest and most vocal about what he hated about this place.



Eventually, it was decided that Mister would be dealt with, one way or another. It was the middle of the night when Mister was spirited away and taken to a basement somewhere. There, he was restrained and forcibly shut up. his lips were pierced in multiple places and metal rods kept Mister's mouth shut.

He passed out from the pain.

When he woke, there was a bandana and a metal straw at his bedside and not much else. Mister hid his face with the bandana, and lay and cry. He didn't leave his room. Not that he could. It was locked from the inside and the outside. Mister was brought water daily, and soup every 2 days.

The day Mister turned 18, he stole a bunch of cash from the orphanage and left. He bought a revolver and some clothes, and began his days of travel. Mister didn't know what he was doing, or where he was going.
