    The subject is a 10-year-old human female. Due to her current malnourished state, she appears gaunt and tired, and is generally without much enthusiasm or energy. This is made worse by the subject's consistent insomnia, nightmares and increasing reluctance to eat. Her hair has recently been cropped short in order to deal with her worsening physical condition.

    Subject Heisenberg is generally seen with an assortment of fresh burn scars (covering about 40% of her skin) - however, these are not permanent, and individual scars are fully healed within two weeks. Most of the scarring is on the subject's hands and forearms, but it has spread to her legs and parts of her torso. No efforts have been put into preventing this scarring, as previous testing has shown it to regularly resolve itself.

    Subject Heisenberg was born in Vienna, Austria on 11/03/XXXX. She is the only child of the late cyber-terrorist Mia Weber and the youngest known child of Emil Heisenberg. Her only known sibling is researcher Lukas Heisenberg; however, Emil's activities are being tracked to make sure that no more children of Subject Liesel's nature can be produced. Despite this, it is believed she may have inherited her fragile condition from her mother; Lukas was also monitored but tested negative for Liesel's abilities.

    Her mother died shortly after giving birth, the result of her death being an extremely severe fever which killed her within only 30 minutes of reporting to the hospital. Prior to Liesel's birth, Mia had already fell ill, with intense fevers and exhibiting symptoms of psychosis.

    Liesel grew up below the poverty line and lived in Vienna for the first 8 years of her life with her father and brother Lukas. According to records, Liesel stopped attending school at the age of seven due to her increasingly unstable physical condition - however, limited information is known about her family situation. It is suspected that mild to moderate parental neglect played a part in her timid and somewhat desperate personality.

    Subject Heisenberg was taken into the Foundation's care at the age of 8, and has remained there ever since. Her condition has shown little to no improvement, however, with the correct type of research perhaps her condition will one day be better understood.
