Yet another New-Arrival to come through the Delta Wormhole, Alexander Case is a genetically specialized human with a few rudimentary cybernetic implants. He appears to come from an alternate dimension and, possibly, an earlier time, as the wreckage of his ship and tech seem somewhat outdated.

Presumed Dead; Debris field found past Erebus in a restricted zone, parts identified from a Kuda EX-28 Cargo Transport matching the description of a vessel called "Gremlin". No next of kin available to notify, assets seized under the authority of The Galaxy Federation.

DATE OF EXAMINATION: 11.21.XX19; 27:31 BLOOD TYPE: AB+ MEDICAL HISTORY: None On Record, New Arrival PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Other than cybernetic enhancements, the subject outwardly appears to be of ordinary human stock, originating from the Milky Way galaxy, Sol system. He is tall and stocky of build with a muscular frame and pallid skin tone. He has a strong jaw covered in light stubble and symmetrical features. He has light brown hair cropped short in a ‘crew-cut’. An old world ‘tattoo’ is visible on the subject's left bicep, its a red and black "A" in a circle with a smaller I & W - It's meaning is unclear. The metal structures replacing the patient’s eye-sockets do not appear to have deformed the patient’s face, holding high tech ocular implants within. The implants themselves are obviously metallic with winding gears around where the iris would be, dimly backlit and blue with mirrored camera lenses for pupils. Thin scars run from above his brows and down across each eyelid, up the cheek and into the hairline above his ear, scans reveal this was likely done while installing his ocular implants. The patient's right arm appears to have been amputated, some evidence of scarring around the end of the bicep that is still intact suggests exposure to extreme cold and infection before it was healed. A heavy metal prosthesis fits over it, attaching to nodes surgically implanted in his shoulder. The arm is made of a mixed alloy, very durable, with segmented joints and ports in the wrist. The grip strength within the fingers is surprisingly strong. TEM is stamped on the side of the arm, around the bicep. CYBERNETIC AUGMENTATIONS: Cybernetic Ocular Implants Seem to be military grade in nature; Metallic spheres, each with a blue glowing ‘iris’ that rotate as they focus and sophisticated camera lenses. HUD display activates with the same myoelectrical capabilities that allow the eye itself to move smoothly. The orbs are housed in a bio-mechanical chamber installed beneath the skin which contains all the circuitry and keeps the heavy implants in place. Capabilities: Zoom, recording w/audio, scope, environmental sensors w/displays (oxygen, gravity, temperature, time settings).

Cybernetic Arm Prosthetic
Composed of durable metallic blend, molded copy of original arm. TEM stamped on the inner bicep. Segmented joints allow for natural movement. Gives the subject augmented grip and strength, within the limitations of the organic body connected to it.

Sub-Dermal Memory Bank
Located just behind right ear, takes recordings from ocular implants and contains external data downloads as well. Chip can be switched out if compatible.

Intrusive memories occur during nightmares, subject avoids talking about causal event.

Triggered due to lifelong exposure to low gravity environment. Cause: Moderate-High Gravity. Symptoms: Slight nausea, dizziness, disorientation.

CONCLUSION
The subject likely made a decent soldier as indicated by his description of his past, however, traumatic events have made the subject more cynical, distrustful and resistant to authority than would otherwise be natural for one of his personality type. He is not, by any means, belligerent or combative, on the contrary, I found him polite and even cooperative, if not a little reserved about sharing detailed information about where he came from.

He is self-reliant and capable of adaptation to the Mobius Strip Galaxy provided he is given time to adjust. I can only offer the recommendation that the new arrival be granted full citizenship once he has completed the necessary adjustment period. Due to the nature of his past however, I would also say it wise to keep this record in the archives, as while he does not seem prone to violence, there is no doubt he is capable of it.
