Ones that she has between 70-100% control over.
-Spiritual Awareness: 100%
The user possesses a heightened awareness of the paranormal, allowing such feats as being able to see beings, such as spirits and demons, that are normally invisible to humans.
-Soul Carrier: 70-80%, dependant on how her physical body is
Users can carry or hold the souls of others inside themselves, either to prevent the soul from being sent to the afterlife or because the other person's body is unable to carry it on their own. Possibly because of damage done to the body or some condition that prevents it from staying in its own vessel.

Side:
Ones that are either newly awakened or she has lesser control over.
-Communing: 20-30%
The user is capable of bringing spirits back into solid space who still have unfinished business to take care of with the living. The communer has little to no control in which spirits come back and doesn't know what the unfinished business may be.
-Soul Reading: 10-15% Can only sense/read emotions and if they have a soul
The user can sense and read the souls of others, whether free (ie. dead, astral projection, etc) or in the body. By reading souls, they can see/feel the being's characteristics, personality, feelings, memories, whether they even have a soul, damage others' souls have endured.
-Soul Healing: Not Awakened
The user can heal and repair any damage done to the soul of oneself or others. They can repair the damage done by soul-affecting abilities and injury to the soul, caused by mystical means, daemonic predation, and splitting.

Passive
-Pain Suppression: Due to her illness she has learned to tolerate a higher level of pain, still feels it
Users can block pain at will, are incapable of feeling pain or are highly resistant to the physical pain of any kind, allowing them to think clearly and continue to move despite a grievous injury. Users can think clearly, continue to move, ignore torture and generally function in situations where the pain would disable a normal person.

About Fights/Conflicts
Alvara can be considered suicidal, but will not end her life by her own hand. As such, any physical fights that she doesn't start on purpose Gar-Nizz will be the one fighting/running away. Alvara does worry about her pet and any severe injury to him will have her giving up or attempting to stop the fight, for if he dies she doesn't know if he will come back due to how he was made and gifted to her. Alvara is mainly a verbal fighter, but her ability to tolerate/continue depends on how her illness is and if it flairs up.
