  • Anisa tried to stay as unassuming as possible, wanting to avoid the harsh and heavy gazes of passersby, but that's a little hard to do when you’re a ghoul. Sitting atop her bald head was a linen hijab, the color sun-bleached from years of travel, only wrapped once around her neck so the remaining fabric fell down over her shoulders. This extra fabric allowed the ghoul to hide her milky brown eyes and pockmarked, ghoulified face from those who chose to stare at it longer than she was comfortable with. Hanging from her neck was a pair of prescription sports goggles that she would often be seen wearing at the library as she perused through unending stacks of books. She wore a grey, turtleneck sweater underneath an earthy plaid button-up that hung oversized and loose over her thinner, ghoulish frame. Her dark jeans that were worn and slightly frayed at the knees had been tucked into a pair of leather, laced-up boots, which were coated in light layers of dirt and clay from her occasional travels into the wasteland. Although her body looked to be thin and more frail-looking thanks to her ghoulification, it seemed she still had a sufficient amount of muscle strength to be able to carry on her back her overly-sized knapsack with a sniper rifle strapped to its side. Fastened around her waist was an old but taken care of holster carrying her protective sidearm.

She can only utilize this skill once per day and must roll an intelligence check to determine the proficiency level of skill for that day's use.

    Ghost - Is able to blend into the surrounding landscape and completely conceal herself from her enemies. She is also able to perform more actions and move from position to position near silently without being spotted, giving her the element of surprise.
    [Most movement is uninhibited by sound checks. +10 to all Stealth/Sneak rolls. When using stealth items, it is increased to +15.]

    Hunter of Gunmen - After a chance encounter with "The Operator", she now has the knowledge and skills of a first-rate sniper. She can aim and fire towards most targets at any distance, and can utilize various tricks and techniques for better accuracy.
    [No penalties for shooting at longer ranges. Adds +10 to rolls when using a sniper rifle.]

    Flaws:
    Ghoul Biology - Thanks to the transformation into a ghoul, when injured, stimpaks and normal healing methods have reduced effectiveness.

    Mutism - Ghoulification caused significant damage to her vocal cords. She is unable to speak in more than a raspy, inaudible whisper. Communicates through written notes and facial expressions. Though it is questionable whether she will choose to speak on her own, if given the opportunity.

    Scopophobia - One look into a person's eyes and she can see roughly what they have done and what they could be capable of. Because of this, she had developed a fear of being stared at. She has trouble making eye contact with others and cannot hold a conversation for long periods of time because of her fear. Prolonged eye contact may eventually lead to a panic attack.

    High-Functioning Schizophrenia - Due to decades of self-isolation, her mind has attempted to cope by developing other personalities in her head of people she has met that she "talks" to, mostly through her book, for companionship and guidance. She experiences auditory and visual hallucinations of chosen people, acting and responding as if they were actually there despite acknowledging that they are not. Along with other symptoms like a tendency to isolate herself from the outside world for periods of time, hyper-fixation on certain tasks or research, etc.
