Abilities: Ink production/manipulation - What the black substance actually is, no one really knows. They just know he produces it by mere existence, and controls it as if it were an extension of himself. There is no known way to stop its production, and lessening his control over it is difficult. The ink itself varies in texture and usage, capable of forming solid standing objects (Such as tables and chairs), projectiles (spears, crossbows, guns), and more malleable materials (cloth). Its translucency varies, seemingly based on whatever is needed at the time. The ink offers minor protection from extreme temperatures and injury, but is best suited as a 'band-aid' for greater wounds. Medical assistance should be sought out for anything severe. Great for tattooing as it can be pushed into the skin on its own without the usage of normal tattooing equipment, and it is easy to maintain. Tattoos made with it do not fade as easily and have a shorter 'healing' period. These tattoos are no longer under Nathaniel's control.
Second Sight: For most hunters, this ability has to be turned on. For the Wayward, this ability is permanent. This allows the hunter to identify supernatural beings by mere glance.
Accelerated Healing: Look, being a hunter has a lot of disadvantages for anyone. I mean, you're going to be fucking fighting werewolves and vampires and shit. A few advantages at least! Like you heal a bit faster than the average human being.
Advanced Fighting: Hunter advantage? You know how to fight, and fight well.
Hunter Spells/Skills: Barrier - extends like a blue bubble around him. This has no effect on mundanes, and merely delivers an annoying shock to supernatural beings. Physically the hunter can not be touched by a supernatural creature without allowing them, but weapons can pass through like it were air. Buff - 'I want to be stronger!' 'I want to be faster!' The hunter thinks of a physical trait they want/need to gain in the moment, and it happens, manifesting the necessary (albeit temporary) physical changes. Winds of Heaven - A heavily enraged Wayward summons a storm of tornado-like winds to surround them. Horrifically destructive, used as a last resort.

Afflictions: Suffers from the Wayward curse which manifests itself in schizophrenic-like symptoms (hearing voices, seeing words formed out of every-day patterns, all heavily increasing around larger magical presences), so can appear spacey or manic at times. The Wayward curse makes Nathaniel prone to violence when exposed to too many magical beings at once. This can be countered by proper, regulated dosage of anti-psychotics. Various legal and illegal drugs can curb it or heighten it. When the Wayward makes itself known, ink enters into his scelera and also leech out of his skin to form horns on his forehead. At this point, severe pain is necessary to stop him lashing out. Severely pain addicted. Suffers minor erectile dysfunction. Just takes longer to get it up. You would too if you heard whispers in your damn head 24/7. Source of discomfort and embarrassment. Smokes like a chimney.
