    There is a balance to all things. To a House reputed for its sense of honor and duty to justice was born a daughter at sunrise. Upon the back of her shoulder shone the mark of balance, a true blessing. Her talents for divination and healing flourished quickly but at the cost of her own vitality. Through her blessing the scales could be balanced by taking the breath of another. Such sacrifices granted her glimpses of the future and her brother in turn guided their house to prosperity until the day of his execution. While it was a blessing to know Fate's hand, it was a curse to find herself powerless to save one life. Now leading a house in exile she seeks to lend her powers to the rebel cause, dethrone her brother's killer, and restore balance to her people.
